I always love coming here to get my poke fix. A good variety of flavors, options, and great staff. The rice is always cooked right, the fish is never fishy, and you have to love the sauce choices! I also like they have a wider assortment of protein than just fish (chicken and tofu).
Very good food. Great variety. Service v. Good. 2 meals to go. 1 spicy , 1 not. Would be nice if they mark meals in some way to tell who gets what.
The bowls are good but everytime I come in here the workers seem cranky and they always change extra items on the orders. Well they are crankier today as since they did it again, the extra items they changed me and not seeing in my bowls was their tip. Next time it will be leaving the unpaid bowls because that is not the total after tax.People love your bowls and not your extra price charges for items not added in them. Please, stop doing that because we don't feel like driving to the other poke restaurant.
This is one of those places you try for the first time not knowing what to expect. WOW, so good! I ordered a bowl with shrimp, salmon and tuna. It was excellent. Next time I'll make my own bowl instead of ordering a menu option selection. The options are many, and all are great choices. It's a great healthy concept but expensive! The average chk must be $ 17.00. Which is high for lunch. The staff doesn't speak good English which can be frustrating because your not sure how it works and could use some help ordering but none is offered.. It's one of those new things that has you thinking, i can't wait to go back and try something else!
Great restaurant. Clean very bright and very well organized. Food was some of the best ever and I will highly recommend going here. Prices were fair.
Food was amazing, atmosphere was amazing, service was fast. Pickup order for 4 bowls took less than 10 minutes to make!
Although we did enjoy the food, one of the employees at this particular location has a very bad attitude. The first time that she prepared our bowls, she was adding ingredients that I did not ask for…. so I did ask her to start over because unfortunately she was not paying attention. We are regular customers. This particular evening when we went in this same associate was preparing my bowl and did not agree with the ingredients that I was choosing and she vocalized it to me. I was simply shocked. She then did not provide us with a receipt. When my husband asked her for the receipt she told us we would have to wait because the screen already exited. The screen did not exit on it’s own, she exited the screen…. we saw her. She then made us wait for the next customer to check out before providing us our receipt. I actually told the other associate who was there, who is a always a very nice person (and I am hoping is the manager) that the place is going to lose business because of this girl’s poor attitude. She lost ours today.
So I came here to with my dad to get him some food mind you I do not eat seafood. It just never sits well with me. Anyways my dad said it's his first time there what is would you recommend?? The two employees didn't look up from an online ordering system. They didn't even spare a glance. It took two tries to get one of them to answer. I ain't going back there. Dad said food was good though. But $15 dollars for it isn't worth it and that's for just one bowl.
I love this place and I'm so happy that they came to Schaumburg...but I've noticed that the portions have been getting smaller and smaller every time I order the bowls, sometimes not even half full.
The food is good, but chose a dinner location. This one serves old food. My avocados look a week old! And they misread my instructions too (the order was placed online)
