Worst customer service ever. I called to order 2 pizzas and wings. Only wings arrived. When I called to ask where they were. I was told they forgot my pizzas. They wanted me to pick them up and was told noone could go. After someone had just been there 5 minutes prior dropping of my wings. They said they would call me back. They never did. I kept calling the store. They would either not answer, hang up on me. And when they finally answered I was told they would be there in 10 minutes. They never got there. By that time store was closed and could not call anymore. Lady was rude. Did not even try to apologize in any way. Never ordering again now I have to wait until store opens to speak to management. Meanwhile guests I had over did not eat. So embarrassing and stupid.
Awful customer service; as in they steal your money here. Seriously. Find another place to get pizza from until new management.
I don't like giving bad reviews BUT, I ordered 2 pizzas around 5:50pm and at 7:30pm no pizzas had arrived. I called the store several times and was told they use Door Dash to deliver and they don't have control when the driver arrives to pickup. This is the short version of the story. I ended up driving to the store to pickup our pizza's myself. At 10pm I received several text msgs stating that Sergio was on his way to pickup at Pizza hut, I ignored the msgs and then got a call, I told the guy, I don't know why you're calling me, I ordered pizza's 4 hours ago and had to go pick them up myself. Never again!
They mess up the simplest of orders and you have to wait for 15 extra minutes. Papajohns is just across the road.But the food was very good.
Never again ,, got my pizza it was soggy and raw ,way undercooked tasted like uncooked dough fell apart when I picked up a slice , someone can get seriously sick eating raw pizza like that definitely not good ,,,sorry
I ordered gluten free and it was not. I ordered online and put it in the special notes. Obviously they are not read. If they were unable to do that they should of called me.
We ordered the thin and crispy and received a thin and soggy pizza. We should have put it in our oven to dry it out a bit. It was for pick-up and I was on time so it was not sitting. In fact they had a hard time finding it.
The pizza had incorrect toppings, I had ordered online for onion, green pepper and jalapenos but I got onion and mushroom instead. So had to remove mushrooms from the pizza as I am allergic to it.
Pizza tasted as always, my family loves the cheese crust, but the employees need more help! The place was crowded, I was told my pizza will be ready in 5, but it was 17 min. If you plan on ordering, an hour in advance would be advised.
I wanted to order a $10 large 3 topping hand tossed pizza the option wasnt available. I had to chose thing or pan. So i chose pan and was charhed $2 more. My crust was not pan it was very strange. Hard, and weird textured.
