Been a customer of this place for many years and still quite happy with their quality and service. Prices have increased over the past years like the falafel lunch special was $3.99 in 2012 and now its $7.99 however still cheaper than any other place and their new location is much spacious and cleaner than their old place. Highly recommended.
If I could give them a -12 I would. They were incredibly rude:(They did not fill the take out plate up, I watched them fill up the order in front of mine and I watched the dude pick up the burrito with his bear hands uhm where are your gloves and that's my food. ???? Felt so violated the price I paid for my order for the actual amount of food was not worth at all. Beyond disappointed. I will never be returning. Sucks cause I grew up eating foods like this and this particular location is awful I tried going back several times to eat here. I really did. This place disgusts me now. Mainly the staff.
We lived in Schaumburg and always frequented this place the food is delicious. Wenow live out of state. Its our first stop when we come back to visit family. I wish we had this restaurant in Vancouver Wa. this place doesn't disappoint spot on every time.
I ordered lentil soup and got a bowl of water with a little yellow color in it, maybe it was lentilsI also ordered a plate of falafel and got it cold and hard and it tastes badI also ordered a bowl of hummus and got a light liquid, strange in color and very far from hummusI had some guests with me. They did not like the cashier treatment of me.. She did not speak, only used sign language. I don't know. Maybe she had a bad day.
Ambient restaurant with a great outdoor seating area. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is as expected, you get what you pay for.
I only have 2 comments about the service and the foodThe cashier needed a lot of experience and training because she treated us rudelyThe food was good, especially the rice and meat, but the falafel was bad and coldLentil soup is just water and salt, it does not have any taste, but I remembered that there is a piece of onion floating

This was a a very happy surprise! We wanted to grab some Falafel while in the burbs and had heard good things but never tried it ourselves. We did carry out but everything was very good.THE BAKLAVA IS INSANE!!!!!Sorry. I digress but yes it’s so good! The Veggie platter, falafel sandwich and pita were all also very good. They also offer sauces by the quart which is genius! I wish everywhere has that option.

It’s one of my restaurant I would say must go. Food genuinely tastes Mediterranean. More importantly it is not one of those restaurant serving you reheated frozen food. Since pandemic I see lots of pick up but otherwise they have great space to sit out.ovation is great service is good.
