Good service and good pizza . Unfortunately their delivery radius is not great. I’m 4 miles away and they refused delivery.

Don't go to this location... We came in and ordered the stuffed crust pizzas and thought we removed pepperoni through the app, but the pizza came with pepperoni in the stuffed crust which the app didn't have an option to remove. We could not eat the pepperoni due to religious reasons, and when we explained this to the manager she simply said "that's not our fault" and refused to remake the pizzas or give us a refund. The manager easily could have just remade the pizzas for us but she just didn't want to. probably because she was too lazy .We ended up paying for pizzas that we threw away.. Not to mention the store was pretty dirty and the area where they made the pizza looked pretty gross.
I would not even want my WORST ENEMY to ever visit the place. The store is very dirty, unsanitary and DISGUISTING. The manager there should just be kept in the back for making pizzas ONLY because she has no customer skills whatsover. I had to throw away a 40 dollar oder because Manager did not want to help me. They have no sense of Religious regards and added pepperoni to my pizza.
This Papa John's has been great ! The food is always hot and DELICIOUS and the drivers have been fantastic! Super fast and kind. Thank you
We got a card board piece for the stuffed pizza that was ordered. It is not acceptable. what would have happened if we had the card board piece? My friends wanted to order from dominos pizza but I convinced them to order from papa johns.
They are fast on delivery. Always come before their estimated time.? Good when you are hungry.

Yesterday, I had a not so great experience with papa Johns… condensed version, my sick mom and son were sent the wrong pizza… I was on the phone trying to reach the restaurant for over 5 hours. I’m out of state so my frustration and helplessness was a bad combination. Especially when you can't reach someone. I followed up with the restaurant today. The general manager, Hilary, was empathetic, understanding, apologetic and helpful. I couldn’t help but ask If there was something wrong in the store. I loved that she didn’t give me the pseudo response. She stated they were understaffed and when they get that busy they don’t answer the phones. Not because they don’t want to… and being that I’ve worked in restaurants, at a hospital etc…. No further explanation was needed. She went on the remake the pizza… and asked what else she could do to make it right. My focus was always to feed a 13 yo, and keep my mom out of the kitchen so she could rest and get well.... and with her help - mission accomplished. So I’m not deleting my papa johns app anytime soon Lolol. Thank you again Hilary!!! This meant more than I able to express right now.
ordered delivery here for almost a year always mess up the time take 1 hour and 45 minutes for a small cheese pizza. not first time neither ?
