Good bakery with a nice selection of different breads and croissants, good coffee and polite staff. A little bit pricey but the quality is really good. The place is clean and with a nice atmosphere, WiFi and confortable seats.
Panera Schaumburg on N Meacham, it was our first time at this location, as we normally eat at the Arlingtin Heights location which we love.I don't like leaving bad reviews, but i feel i have no choice since i rely on them so much when deciding where to go, what to buy. Panera Schaumburg we'll NEVER return to again. Our orders were missing items, the fountain drink area was very dirty, and it was difficult to get anyone's attention at the pick-up station to fix their mistakes. Also, every person after us had mistakes with their orders too! Our visit wasn't even during rush hour, Saturday 5:33 pm to be exact.3 Pick TWO's, 1 Full sandwich, and one kids order for $82.49 (minus $3 gratuity), money poorly spent ?NEVER AGAIN PANERA SCHAUMBURG ON N. excellent food, one of the local restaurants where it's hard to choose what to have due to their being so many good options. this location also has fantastic staff, I had an excellent interaction today where an employee went out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The first time I was here, the worker was in the middle of a conversation with a coworker and when he noticed me, he gave a facial expression like “Yeah? What do you want?” And wasn’t really friendly.The next time I was here, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is probably the fanciest-looking Panera I’ve been to.
I had an amazing experience here at this Panera location! The manager was so kind she helped me get my food and took my dirty plates for me. It was not her job to clean up after me but she went above and beyond.
Very bad service, staff have know Idea about thier receipes!!!! Including the managerI ordered a frozen caramel drink (my usual drink from Panera) it took them 15 minutes to prepare it even though I was the only person in line and it was past 9 pm. Anyway, they gave me a drink taste nothing like caramel I went back and I asked the cashier to show the manager the drink and to tell him this doesn't taste like caramel so he asked another lady to make the drink, she told him: "I don't know how to make it" he replied " the recipe is over there" and kept doing whatever he was doing. The second drink was worse than the first one. I went back to talk to him he told me this is how it does taste maybe u don't know how our frozen caramel tasted!!!!!!!!
The girl at the counter was very friendly. I asked which soups were gluten free because I have a gluten allergy. She checked with her manager and he named a few soups, including the chicken noodle soup. I know for a fact it’s not gluten free. If there’s noodles in it, there’s also gluten. Please educate your managers and employees so gluten intolerant people don’t get sick. Maybe have a gluten free menu available for people to look at.The service was quick and the guy who gave me my salad was very personable. The place was very clean. My only issue was with the misinformation.
This location has deteriorated in quality the last few months. Very disappointing. The orders repeated have mistakes and you can’t trust what is in your rapid pick-up. If you don’t check you may end up with no chicken or dressing on your chicken Cobb salad. It has chicken in the name!!! We live with supply chain issues but ordered a salad today and they didn’t have half the ingredients. If you don’t have ingredients, shouldn’t the price reflect that? They easily can charge you if you want to add ingredients but if they don’t have them, that should deduct the price.
Love Panera but the staff was kind of rude. I mobile ordered and went in the drive thru and the guy said I can’t pick it up I have to go inside. I’ve never done that before it’s always been convenient. Not sure if he got the wrong memo or wasn’t trained right. It was a small bag it’s not like a catering order then I would obviously understand.
Breakfast shuts down at 10:30 am. There was only one cashier providing service. I've arrive a 10:12 am place my order at the self station and per usual they dont work not even the application worked. I went up to the old lady at 10:30am and she ask rhe kitchen to see of they still had Breakfast. They did not provide me food.
