P.F Chang's : the ambient I would give 4.5 out of 5 . The food was aesthetic wise looking gorgeous. BUT the food taste was average!! The service was great! Could do more development in terms of the taste it's just mediocre but different approach to American chinese food.
This place used to be one of my favorite places. But now it is so bad. First we were âwelcomedâ by a guy who was very rude. He told us we couldnât sit outside because they only had two waiters (on a Sunday when before you couldnât get a table at all without reservations). Then we were told we could only order lemonade or pink lemonade as drinks because they didnât have a bartender. The waitress was slow and rude also. The place was EMPTY is not like she had many people to serve. The food was over cooked and had no taste. And to top thinks off, the waitress brought us the wrong bill and told us that by mistake she gave ours to another table and they paid it, so we had to pay theirs. She said it was around the same amount and there was no way to fix it since the other table already paid our bill. Such a horrible experience. I will never go back there.
It was my first time trying P.F. Chang’s and everything was wonderful! My server was really awesome! I got the Shrimp Lo Mein and the Crab Wontons. Everything was delicious!
The food was amazing. We had ordered a lot of appetizers and that filled us up. We were happy with the service.
Since using Open Table to do the reservation we were seated near the bar with the bartender as the server. Meat was a little overcooked and the service was average but obvious that the waitress didn't see tables as her primary responsibility over the bar.
Sat on the patio, the music just became annoying as the songs were about 8 minutes long and all beats.
Terrible service my server, took her over 15 minutes to complete any request we made. On some requests she completely forgot and we felt ignored. Silverware was really dirty and had to be replaced. I don’t think we will ever dine there again based on our service and experience today. We hope management recognizes the problem and makes the required changes.
Beautiful Restaurant by the Woodfield Mall! The service was very good and it’s easily the best Mongolian Beef I’ve ever had and I’ve been to China….just kidding I’ve never been to China, but it’s very good!
Food was delicious. We were seated right away. Server was very attentive.
Truly excellent food. Had the calamari and it was cooked to perfection. Not chewy or tough. It was succulent. Had the salmon and the glaze was not too strong but perfectly complimented the fish which also was prepared perfectly. Also had the sea bass and was truly good. Spinach was good. Broccoli was just ok.
