Delivery took over 90 minutes and arrived cold. It had been a couple years we order from them. This will be the last time.

Their pizza is good but not much else is. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon added. When I pulled the top bun off it was loaded with prepackaged bacon bits. The burger had some kind of seasoning they normally don't use and it was very salty. The fries also had some seasoning that usually isn't on them which didn't taste good. The fries also seem as if they precook them, chill them and then fry them because they're just not good. Very dried out. Not going to be ordering anything but Pizza in the future if I do order again.
My mom and I just wanted some pizza. So I call and immediately when they pick up the person puts us on hold. When they get back and ask for the address, I told them it, and they asked for it again. I spelt it out for them, and they still didn't understand. My mom takes the phone and spells it, they don't understand. This goes on for like 5 minutes, they keep saying they got distracted. My mom asks for a new person to get on the phone, so she gets put on hold again. Its the same person again. Same thing again, can't get the address. Eventually another person gets on the phone, same thing. She spells the address, the person on the phone keeps saying they didn't hear it or they got distracted. Finally they get the address right. The address was not long, it was very short. We give basic instructions for the driver to go another way because we don't have doorbells. Also, we asked for a menu for next time and they don't have any. So we're waiting for the pizza now. Not a long wait, thankfully. The driver didn't follow the instructions or wasn't given them by the person on the phone, but either way followed them incorrectly. They finally go to the right place. Now the food itself, the pizza in my opinion was really good, so that made up for the painful calling experience a little. The garlic bread was disgusting. Overall, not worth it. Excruciating call experience, decent food, but nothing special.
Cheesy beef(?) was fantastic! Everything was hot and fresh. Service was good. Recommend.

A Neighborhood Pizzaria... I got the slice and a can... can't complain good deal...
