I ordered buttered noodles with shrimp in it and all of my shrimp was burned. The noodles were fine it was just the shrimp. As someone who’s cooking you shouldn’t give burnt food to a customer. Even if it takes some time to cook it again you should do so. The customer would definitely prefer to wait longer instead of giving them burnt food. Also the staff seemed kind of upset when I came. I’ve worked retail and I understand that it can be frustrating and infuriating at times but after getting burnt food plus not amazing attitudes it made the rating lower. Try your best to put a smile on. I know it can be really difficult cause I’ve done it before. Now im sad that I can’t eat my shrimp :(
We ordered ahead while traveling through Illinois. I love Noodles & Co. and this location did not disappoint! Flavorful food that doesn't make you feel weighed down with grease! I just love it. Our food was ready at the time I requested despite it being the dinner hour, bad it was hot and fresh.I hight recommend them.
My go to order at Noodles is Mac & Cheese- it is SOO delicious!! You can never go wrong with that honestly, but I decided to change it up this time and get the Penne Rosa with added tofu and crispy jalapeños and surprisingly, not bad. I wish this location had the Smoulder Bolder seasoning, but since they didn’t, I used some red chili flakes and it was great! Definitely worth a try for vegetarians! I would have preferred more sauce so that’s something I’ll ask for when they make it! This location is doing online orders only currently, due to being short-staffed.
Nice staff made the food super fresh! Sad that they don’t have the smolder and bolder seasoning anymore they just gave me crushed red pepper when asked for that seasoning!
First time at a Noodles and Company. It was ok, I probably won't go back unless my daughter asks. She is 4 and loves Mac n cheese, so that's what brought me there in the first place. She enjoyed it for sure. I had the orange chicken lo mein. It was really sweet, a little too much for me, but it was still edible. The chicken was a really weird texture so I'd avoid that. The worst part of my experience was the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. Even the 4 year old was completely grossed out.
Staff super nice. Good food. Wish it wasn't served in plastic. I understand why it is...but, the waste is so high.
Ended up at the Schaumburg, IL location because the Rolling Meadows, IL location closed. The food was just as good there. And I did order a cauliflower-based pasta, but may stick to the traditional pasta the next time. The selection was good too as were the prices.
One of my favorite places to eat. Good staff. They have plenty of options.
I admit I was a sceptic when I went in to order, but it was late, cold and I was tired. I had the chicken soup, and 6 chicken dumpling or something like that. IT WAS DELICIOUS! The noodles were Fresh! Kudos. I am looking forward to visit another one again.
One of my go-to places! The staff is super friendly the place is pretty clean. The food is tasteful and different. I love the butter noodles!
