TLDR: the food was truly underwhelming.First time customer. I got Italian beef, fries, and a sampler. The fries were cold and dry. Of the 3 things in the sampler, only the cheese sticks were good, which is why they're missing from the photo. The chicken fingers were alright, but came without any BBQ or honey mustard sauce, and with little flavor of their own. The "buffalo wings" are a misnomer. Buffalo wings are normally dipped in buffalo sauce, and are not breaded. These wings were a complete miss. I can't say there was anything objectively wrong with the beef sandwich, and it seemed fresh, but I just didn't like it.
Surprisingly the pizza was so good I just really didn’t think it would have the taste that it did the crust was on point I will be buying another pizza next time I wrk in this area
It's open late mornings which is great if your up and u don't wanna cook and it's one am call mugs it's delicious
I used to like Mugs a lot. They just lost a customer that has been going there for over 10 years or so. The quality has gone the drain and to top it off they just raised prices on everything. Really?? When people are suffering and paying over $5 for a gallon of gas and groceries they increase price. I'm very disappointed in Mugs and owner.
The only thing I would say is, they tell u 1 hour but it takes longerAnd the guy on the phone isn't the friendliestThe pizza is the best I've ever had
Really good food especially at night. I've only probably ever had one or two issues but nothing major. One was they put ketchup on a burger and took off the mayo, I'd requested the opposite. As well as the delivery guy swapped orders but they were very quick to fix the issue. I don't blame them as I'm sure it's very busy. They offer a great selection of pizza, pasta and sides. The meat lovers pizza is my go to but I also enjoy having their mozzarella sticks, fries and burgers. The burgers are very very good for the price they are. The dips they offer are kind of watered down but they aren't that bad considering everything is expensive nowadays. I also disliked the bread sticks. I ordered them a long time back but they were very flat and almost burned. They did give a lot but it wasn't very tasty. Otherwise it is a very great place to order from for family night or if you have the munchies.
I'm staying in Schaumburg for business and found myself hungry after midnight. Mugs was the only pizza place open past 10:00 p.m. when I called them they told me my food would be ready and delivered in around a half an hour. An hour and 5 minutes later I called back and asked them where my food was. I was informed that he had several other deliveries and that my food would "be there soon". My food finally showed up an hour and 41 minutes after I ordered it. The pizza was burned black on the top and the crust was tough like cardboard. The breadsticks that I ordered were not seasoned, and smelled bad. This was a horrible experience and I will not be returning there with my business.
I had the au gratin potatoes a d they were terrible. Basically gritty, semi mashed potatoes with slices of cheese on top. I have had them at the Des Plaines location a couple of years ago and they were great so I was very disappointed.The Philly Steak seemed like it was thrown together with whole pieces of steak and not much onions or mushrooms. Definitely a waste of money.
They Deliver late and the cheese ravioli was great ! So we’re the cheese sticks and the bread that came with the ravioli was baked fresh. Only negative thing I have to say is that they’re pretty stingy on the sauce. other than that I had a great meal and would buy here again.
