The restaurant area is always closed... And then when they tell you drive thru only, they close one of the drive thru lanes causing long wait times.... People should travel to golf and Barrington or Irving park and Barrington to those McDonald's
This location is always very quick and the employees are normally very friendly
McDonalds was for the grandchildren. They always love the hot fries.
This place has started to do the same scam that the one on Irving Park in Streamwood always does. You order a meal and then they automatically make it a large size and charge you more without even asking you. Not a huge problem - I just drive away and go to Wendys.
dont go after 9pm the people who work there will leave you hanging after you paid for the order to the point where you have pull up around to get your refund and waste 30 minutes of your life for some Mcds

Just disgusting place to get food. The disgusting employee on May 3rd was touching the customer's food and stuff. You can tell he was a very disgusting and unclean person as well. How can they just let customers go through this stuff?
I've never had problems placing my order in the drive-thru. I've had to wait sometimes for my order once almost 10 min for just one sandwich? There are times I've driven away and not got a straw or napkins. I did get a Big Mac and the bun didn't have sesame seeds?
I came here around closing time after working a late night shift. Lorenzo took care of me had small talk and made me a delicious sandwich. Lorenzo is who every McDonald’s employee should strive to be like. I’m definitely coming back here with my wife and kids, and recommending this McDonald’s to others. McDonald’s corp please recognize this man, and give him above and beyond recognition.
