This place always give you stale nuggets, and didn't enter my code from my app wanted up to go back through drive thru line to order because they messed up. They rush you when you order
very friendly people. no order screw ups and my son loves their fries.
They close the doors early and refuse to let people in way before they are supposed to close. And then when you get to talk to someone then they laugh in your face and say that they don't have to abide by the store hours. Ana was the manager at the time.
It had just had some kids that made a big mess at the soda bar. But the manager was right there cleaning it up. The staff was very friendly!
Ordered through mobile, waited at the curbside pickup for 25 minutes just to hear that the order never arrived. Payment already went through, and the manager was giving me “cancel the charge, I don’t know” attitude.
Everything went quick and my order was correct. So many grand scheme of things they literally did perfect lol
Eh. It's a McDonald's! America's favorite dumpster diving restaurant without actually performing the dumpster diving maneuver! Mind as well dumpster dive; some would even say it's more classy to do so than to actually step inside this horrendous and heinous establishment. Bet even then good ol' Ronald McDonald wouldn't even step foot here. Even my dog has standards these days!
Sad that there are no people to help you everything is via computer and the place is understaffed to accommodate all the drive thru traffic because people don't want to go inside and type out their own order.
charged me for a large coke, lady at 2nd window refused to refund me and gave me attitude, then gave me a ripped dollar that was poorly taped together and fell apart in my hand. i’ve never NOT had an issue here.
So I just bought a large Camel Macchiato with light ice and whipped cream. Due to that they gave me whipped cream with a Macchiato. Then when I said something about it one of the employees got super upset and argumentative before getting the manager. I come all the time in the morning and get the same thing never had this issue. Manager was mellow and fixed my order. That's why I'm giving two stars.
