No problems during this trip. Food was nice and hot.
Terrible customer service, hence the low star reviews. I agree with several. They don't care. If the App screws up, a simple customer service solution is to give the free hash browns I know I started my App order with. But now she refused. I'll never go to this McDs again. There's a much better one down the street.
Ordered two things: hash brown and medium coffee with 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla. My coffee was not a sugar free vanilla coffee. The normal syrup was definitely used. I'm diabetic and the coffee was not drinkable.
Waited 7 min, nobody arrived to the front desk. Imposible to make an order. Only one guy worked in entire restaurant 4:40 - 4:50 pm
One of the chicken sandwiches and fries I got late last night must have been sitting for some time. The chicken sandwich was dry, the fries were not hot. The other 2 chicken sandwiches I ordered were just fine though. I wish they threw out the stuff that just sits a little sooner or made everything in the moment it was ordered instead of just keeping it in warming stations.
They just don't care.So I ordered a Quarter Pounder with PIckles only... and their solution was to take a Quarter pounder with bacon and just stripped off the lettuce and called it a day. I repeated my order twice and checked the receipt to make sure they didn't screw it up... and they still managed to screw it up.
This is actually my favorite McDonald’s. The fries are always hot and crisp. Employees in the drive through are friendly and fast. My order has never been wrong. I work nearby and like getting lunch from this location occasionally. Wish all McDonald’s service and food were this good!

After coming to your location immediately after leaving a nearby location that treated me and my husband poorly without even attempting to resolve our order issue, you took the time to help me reorder my meal for my family of 4. You smiled, you were patient, you recommended a solution for my missing rewards points, and you gave me hot quality food that somehow looked like the food in the McDonald’s commercials and pictures.Your newly remodeled facility was clean and everyone had a mask on. Ordered on door dash and had hot delicious food in 15 minutes. What’s not to love?
I visit this McDonalds in Schaumburg on occasion because I see a doctor across the street from this store. I live 30+ minutes away so I have no other reason to be there. A few days ago I placed an order on the app when leaving my dr office and was at the store in less than 5 minutes. The girl monitoring the speaker didn’t understand me and had me drive to cashier window. The cashier told my that only a part of my order ((Diet Coke but not McChicken) came through and that was all she could give me. I told her I wanted my complete order and she not only refused but she argued with me. I asked for a manager and some young woman came to assist. I later learned that she was not the manager. She too, argued with me and said she could only give me the Diet Coke. After their rude behavior and refusal to fix my order, I told them to forget the whole thing and I left with nothing. Once I got home, I found a charge for $6.23 on the bank acct I used to place my original order which btw should have been $1.12 had I received my food and drink, which I did not, so I shouldn’t have been charged anything. (The McChicken was free as a deal for the day when you spend $1, which was the medium Diet Coke.) I was able to look at recent orders on my app and saw that I was charged for 4 vanilla cones just 1-2 minutes after I left the drive thru window. WHAT??? I called the store and spoke to supposedly the “real” manager who said I could come back and she’d try to fix the problem. I’m disabled and far away so this was not a good option. She ended up giving me the mobile app customer service #. I called them and explained everything. They were very kind but unable to give me a refund because they’re a 3rd party supplier. They told me that my complaint would be forwarded to the McD’s owner association and I would be contacted soon. This was 3 days ago and still no call. I would really like to speak to the owner of this particular store so they can see how their employees rudely treat their customers and how they steal from them. $6.23 may not sound like a lot to many, but when you’re on a fixed income & budget, every penny counts. Besides…. What was done here is considered down and out theft and should not be tolerated. If I don’t receive a call very soon, AND a refund without returning to this store, I will have to report the situation to my card issuer’s fraud department. I know this is long but I am hoping that someone who can help will see this and call me. The mobile app customer service department has my name, phone number & address. I LOVE McDonalds and frequent them often, but I have never been treated so rudely by an employee nor have they ever stolen a dime from me… until now.
