Food was great but service was pretty slow. Wasn't busy either so not sure if they are short staffed or if she just kept forgetting about our table.
Was a frequent customer here. Just tried to have my birthday party there for Saturday, April 30th at 5pm. Was told no reservations after 430pm. Tried to change the time to 430pm and was then told no reservations at all and that they are too short staffed. After 20 years of eating there regularly, very disappointed. :-(
Margaritas and the white rice were really good but the shrimp empandas weren't even empandas, they were fried tortillas and they only had 2 shrimp with a lot cheese. The ceviche had too much tomato and you they only put like a few shrimp in it. If you're going to order anything with shrimp make sure you bring a fishing rod because you're not going to have any shrimp.
Being Mexican, I avoided this place a long time thinking it was too commercial. How wrong I was!! The quality and flavors are super authentic and in my opinion, the best Mexican food around!! Try everything, you'll enjoy it.
I loved the flavor but I got food poisoning from their chili relleno. Vomited all night and morning. It was the only meal I ate that day too.
Thr food was just ok. Fairly authentic, but still lacked something. The drinks were good and the service was good. I had a fairly large party and we were seated rather quickly on a Friday night.
food is tasty, I have had sopa marina, flautas, el Azteca skillet. cancun skillet, flan, and cantaritos.
Really good chicken soup and the rest of the food was tasty.
