DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. BAD SERVICE AND WAITRESS ARE RUDE.I went there with my family around 7 pm on Friday.After 15 min, no one came by to give us menu.And after that she told me to move another table.After another 30 min, still no watress come to our table. Whenever I press bell waitress just shout at counter table, she will be there.8 pm finally we got our foods but my daughter has to wait another 10 min to get hers.Again Bad service all around.Do not go here.
No customer service. They trow to me plates and I was waiting my soup 15 minutes more. Also, they did not explain anything about cook. We was so excited to check out this restaurant.This is my first time ever leaving a review EVER. I felt necessary as it was a extremely disappointing experience for my friends and me. We will not be returning.
Always such an enjoyable and Delicious experience that has been a favorite go to spot for My mom and my sister! The owner is so kind and always welcoming and greeting his customers with a smile. The employees are all very attentive and the food is just so Yummy we crave it on the weekly! Thank you, Keep up the Great Work??
Delicious food and personal attention. The owner was checking on us and helping us, which was much appreciated. He kept serving us more appetizers and bringing free drinks to my children. I loved the raspberry wine. SO MUCH DELICIOUS FOOD!! I definitely recommend this restaurant.
I have never written a review on a restaurant in my life but I had such a negative experience here that I just needed to share. I've never eaten KBBQ in my life and I was very excited to celebrate my birthday by going out with my family and having an interactive dining experience. Unfortunately, the staff robbed us of this. Throughout my entire dinner we were never left alone to chat for more than 3 minutes because one of the many staff members would come by and flip our meat for us repeatedly and add more on. It felt like they were rushing to get us out of there even though we made reservations a day before. If I wanted someone to cook something for me I'd go to a regular restaurant and probably end up paying much less. Instead, the whole fun experience of going out for KBBQ was taken from us and in turn I ended up having a very stressful dinner that was cut way too short because of their eagerness to get us to leave.This is the only gripe I have with my food-related experience. Another thing I'm hesitant even now to add is the fact that one of the waitresses took my phone off the table while I went to the bathroom when I first arrived and brought it behind her counter. I was extremely confused and had to ask for it back, to which she obliged but didn't apologize. I'd like to give her the benefit of the doubt and say that this was a mistake but I still think it's worth sharing.EDIT: I'm now looking at other negative reviews and it appears that them stealing belongings left unattended is common and not just something I experienced.I won't be coming back and I was robbed of the Korean BBQ experience I paid for.
I'm not a fan of negative views but I'll have to give one star for the negligence of the staff who didn't check before packing the takeaway. I ordered the fish cod and vegetables but instead i got a pork soup can, you imagine what it is to realize while you eat it and see the pork swims up from the soup, but in my life i have never eaten pork at all and i don’t use it for religious reasons, after that i didn’t use anything but water for 2 days disgusting.
The food was delicious and the employees and workers had great service they came to check up on you and see if you were okay! The experience was amazing . I loved the fried dumplings! I went there with a very empty stomach and came back with a full one. It was my first time trying it and I wanna go back again of how delicious the food was. Just make sure that if you ever go bring your vaccine card or have a picture of it.
As a newcomer to Korean bbq, I was pleasantly surprised how phenomenal the customer service was. The food was fantastic and the service was unmatched. Easy 5 stars
Absolutely overlooked gem, full of actual Korean people, something I always look for in any ethnic dining’s cuisine. Authentic, quality food, and plenty of it. Tried a wide variety on this, just our 2nd visit in 22 years. Remodeled restaurant done tastefully with infrared grills. Highly recommend
