We stopped by after visiting friends. Great food! We noticed an old Indian/ Pakistani man yelling at a young lady ( I guess she workers there) and he threw Naan her way. And he was loud a infront of other eating customers That wasn’t professional at all. We loved the food. Plz improve on customer service Thank u
Kolachi has amazing food and kind people every time we have dined. Luis is an amazing chef and was so attentive to everything we needed while dining in. Nor is also kind and I enjoyed talking to her. 100% recommend coming here, chicken tikka misala and the butter chicken are our favorites!
Excellent Service & Food tasty
This is my first time coming to the express location. I came for beef biryani but they only had chicken. I gave it a shot. Wow - I was impressed. The chicken was so tender it fell off the bones. The rice had just the right amount of spices. I think they could actually just sell biryani - and people would come just for that. It’s that good!
Ordered Chicken Seekh Kabab and Beef Seekh kabab and they were broken and mushy. When I called up the restaurant and explained the situation , they hung up.Stay clear and Do NOT GO to this place or Order from here. Look at All the 1 star reviews . This restaurant will go out of business soon.
I stopped in to get take out food for dinner and it was amazing and did not take long to prepare! I got nehari, grilled kabab and chicken Karahi which I have posted pictures of. Also for dessert I picked up some of their kulfis :)
I recently stopped in for lunch. The place was empty and I worried about how the food would be. What followed was a delicious feast. I had butter naan, samosas, and chicken kadai which was so flavorful that it blew me away. The dishes took a while but it was apparent that it was all freshly made. The dishes were spiced perfectly and gave me a feeling of love, warmth, and healing. I left with a very full belly and a sweating head but very much satisfied for hours after. I can’t wait to return and try some new dishes! My only possible complaint is that the decor needs work so it can feel more homey instead of a takeout spot. But great food and flavor and service from the friendly waitress makes it a great spot!
Bad Food, Bad service- over priced.Save your money and time. My wife and I were in the area and were looking for good Pakistani-Indian restaurant to try. Found this place on google. Went there to try it. Restaurant was empty, we were the only customers. There was only one girl working behind the counter who was on her cell phone the whole time. We ordered chicken biryani and chicken karahi and two naans. We waited a good 30 minutes for the the food. I had to asked the girl for the eta on our order. She said your biryani is ready, just waiting for the chicken. SERIOUSLY! Empty restaurant, No customers, over 30 minutes wait. WOW!! Finally food came and you could tell it as not fresh but rather re-heated. Naans were burned. Dining area was not clean. I tried tons of restaurants in Chicagoland area and this was the worst.
What an amazing experience eating there for the past couple of weeks. I was reading the negative comments from some people and totally disagree.Their food is the best in Schaumburg. Their Bihari Kabab's, Chapli Kababs and Nehari are the best. The chicken biryani reminded me of the best biryanis of Karachi
Our first time at Kolachi Express Grill. Its just amazing food if you love pakistani spicy biryani and karahi just go for it blindly. So far the best I had in Chicago. They have two branches and they just came in replacement of an old restaraunt at Schaumberg. Do try!
