I took my 2 yrs old son to kids art and caffe for the first time 2 days ago and heLoved it and I loved it. This place was very clean and safe for my kid. Also, there was a sitting area where i did order a coffee and I was able to see my kid as he was playing. I would recommend going here will have his birthday party here as well!
Planned my sons first birthday here, and honestly it was a horrible experience. From the time I walked in, an employee had treated my guest horribly, and from there the experience only got worse. The manager, Nora, had spoke with this specific employee three times about her tone and actions throughout the event, nothing changed or got better. I think the first mistake made was having 16 year olds run a birthday party by themselves with no manager around. The food was not what I expected. The party room was super small, only fit the kids not the adults. The play area was small as well. All around I just wouldn’t book a party here. It’s not worth a single penny that was spent.
I was there for my Grandson’s 1st birthday that was suppose to be the best experience and it was everything BUT that!!! It started with being crucified because we were 10 minutes early! Sorry, but doesn’t people show up early to make sure everything is good for their guests? 2nd, the little kids were so excited to play they ran to play and didn’t have “socks on” so your young workers proceeded to YELL at the little kids “SOCKS ON SOCKS ON” instead of just nicely approaching an adult to handle it. 3rd we were told NO DRINKS COME WITH THE PIZZA PACKAGE! Really?????? They spent OVER $800 and our guests get NO soft drinks??!!!! We were repeatedly told by the young girls working there “we just work here” that is beyond ridiculous and rude!! What manager or owner leaves 2 young kids in charge of a LARGE party with Zero knowledge of what was purchased???? THEN to top it off when we were leaving the girls asked the host (my son and his girlfriend) to COME BACK IN THE BUILDING and they confronted them asking WHAT WAS THEIR ISSUE WITH THEM??? Like to start a fight!!! Who does that??!! My husband went in and the girl proceeded to SWEAR AT HIM!!!! I have never seen anything like this in my life! It’s ran absolutely horrible!!! The staff is beyond horrible!!! I really hope people read these reviews before they decide to enter your establishment!!! Your in business to only rip people off!!!!!
Great concept, Not safe any more. I remember when this place open and owners worked there all day long, now it seems it is just left “as - is”… bare and sharp metal is showing off the construction, safety net is ripped, high voltage cables exposed, duct tape fix, totally damaged ball swing (see pics).. not sure why all this…
I really like this place but it's one play area and I didn't see much of an age limit. I saw 7 years old going down the same slide my one and 3 year old would want to play on. I just felt it wasn't entirely safe for my little ones when the older kids rushed in and really took over the ball pit and slide :(. I'll try again during early hours when older ones are in school.
Kids love it Favorite place…. Safe for kids and adults while they wait can have coffee or snacks .. play with kids as well..
I love their waffles with nutella. My son loves playing here he’s one and usually likes to play alone. This place is a small indoor playground and very fun for him to run around.
I can’t believe we never been here before!I love this place. My almost 3 year old had so much fun!They have lots of toys and cool playgrounds.We order kids meal and waffle! Delish!They should have more trains for huge train table but it’s not a big deal.Place was clean, service nice and good coffee!
We love this place. I come to Kids & Art Cafe every weekend with my son and he adores this place. I’ts never too busy and we can spend 1-2 hours easily. Plenty of interesting activities for kids and nice cafe for parents where you can buy pizza, coffee, milkshakes, etc.
Today was the first time I’ve been and I thought this place was incredibly clean and well maintained. You could see the vacuum marks on the carpeted play area and none of the toys were grimy. Even the ball pit was clean. The coffee was good but most importantly our 18month old had fun. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely go back.
