Ordered a 12 PC bucket wanted 1/2 original and 1/2 crispy...at 7pm I was told no original was left..ok no big deal...the bucket deal came with 3 large sides ordered one mac n cheese 2 fries...I was told they were out of fries for the night. Ok...it happens ordered a sweet corn a large gravy (for fries I was going to stop somewhere else for) no sweet corn got mashed potatoes that my kids dont like...paid an additional 12 bucks for gravy (I got 3). The whole order was messed up. The girl at the window was so rude. She didnt even advise me about the pop that came with the meal I had to bring it up. Then when I got to the window so much attitude from her. I remained calm n kept saying please and thank you and then when we finally got our order (which once again was messed up 92%) there was no you're welcome etc, just slammed the window. I checked the food once I parked and i was not going to go back and deal with the attitude. My advice to management and corporate is get a manager in there to assist in training and problem solving as well as inventory control to ensure the site has at least enough fries....this is just unacceptable and the rude employees just added to the horrible experience.
Ok but not great..chicken was dry and not very ho t. Was there at 12:30 noonWent back at noon today. The chicken was hot and moist...very good.
Always exactly what you order. I like the original recipe. Got the single meal combo for a homebody meal.
Oh no! Used to be a great KFC. Now it’s dirty tables and floors, messy fountain drink area and an extremely slow service. No regard for customers time. The only person on line gets to wait to order while staff is entertained with something else. Will avoid in the future. Someone should probably tell them not to leave step ladders in the middle of the dining area.
This isn't a knock on this restaurant, but what kfc is overall. These popcorn chicken literally have no chicken in them...95+% breading. Even the larger pieces are just...breading. Now, not only did I waste my money on this trash meal, I still need food. It's a chore on top of trash.
The entire meal was cold and it taste old. Part from the unfriendly service. Never go to this location.
Bucket was 2 pieces chicken short. I figure this place makes a regular amount of mistakes for fast food spots. I have had about 10% orders messed up over the years.
They are open later than most since Covid. They are usually pretty quick but do check order. They do occasionally forget something.
Really glad there’s this good KFC 10 minutes south of the awful one in Hoffman Estates. Good food and quick service!
I use to be a Mgr at a few KFC.chicago and in DesPlains. The crispy chicken is fried to long making the chicken dry. It's happening in all my visits there. To the one in roselle. IL.
