If i can give this place a -1 star, i would. I’ve had issues the last 5-6 times with this place with timing. Over an hour delivery every time when they’re less than a mile away. Won’t be ordering here again.
out of all the times i get food i go here spend my hard earned money but delivery times are out of hand!!!!!!! ordered at 10:30 am and food didnt come til 1 oclock..... who ever the manager is needs to get there ***** together.
Food was fine but this one employee had a nasty attitude. I ordered a sweet tea online but when I got there the sweet machine was missing. So I decided to get a sprite instead. He comes over to me and starts to cry about me getting a sprite. The prices for the fountain drinks and the sweet tea was 1.99. I really didn’t see what the big deal was but he grabs the receipt and slams it on the table rudely. He says “you ordered a sweet tea why would you get a sprite?” Like it was the biggest deal in the world. If there was sweet tea I WOULD’VE GOTTEN IT. I just wanted to enjoy my sandwich but that was really unnecessary and aggravating.
When you order a sandwich, you expect it made correctly. That has not been the case multiple times at this location and unfortunately after the third time, you have to get a 1 star rating.And the store manage who I called to request a refund was attempting to justify the lack of specified meats no cheese blaming it on the supply chain.Hey Jimmy Johns, here is an idea . . . if you do not have it, take it off the menu vs allowing people or order things that do not exist. And for the Schaumburg store, its time to get a new manager as this one called me "Dude" even though my order had my name . . . ironically the same as his.Acknowledging you know the order is not right and sending it anyway, not offering a refund only shows I need to head somewhere else. Hopefully the owner of this store will get the message left with corporate as the manager said "They may or may not call you back depending if they think its worth it"
Walk in .2 Boot legs, 2 chips and a Fanta. Fantastic customer service, thanking us for stopping in as well as looking forward to seeing us again. Very clean. Sandwiches were great. Setting the new standard for JJ franchise. Highly recommend this location and look forward to returning in the very near future.
I know no tomatoes and cut into three pieces is hard to understand but adding extra tomatoes and cutting into 4 pieces isn’t quite how you accomplish that. No wonder these incompetent people work at jimmy johns. Math is hard. It’s pretty hard to get three pieces and no tomatoes right.So, in the future, no tomatoes typically means… no tomatoes. Especially for somebody that is allergic to them. Cut into 3 pieces usually means cut into 3 pieces… not 4. Managers should make sure their employees made it through second grade and know shapes, colors, and how to count to ten before hiring.

def freaky but not freaky fast ?. they literally didn’t have bread. a sandwich shop. didnt have bread…? sus. $7 for a 6 inch mini sandwich
Just want to thank this team for truly saving the day! I had ordered lunch for delivery and had my orders from 2 different places cancel last minute. JJ’s to the rescue! In less than 30 mins - they made 29 amazing sandwiches in record time. JJ’s will be my 1st call next time!
If I can give them 0 stars I would. Whether you pickup or deliver their service is horrible.
