I will never go to this Jimmy John’s again and I used to go at least twice a week for my family but now I have switched to the Roselle location due to the customer service here, specifically one person…The Hispanic girl with the piercing that takes the orders through the drive-through is so very rude. Rude it’s just an understatement. This is my third time having an issue with her and the second time that my order has been wrong where I have to turn around and go back. She doesn’t say hi she doesn’t say thank you she just always gives An Attitude and I’ve had friends and family members say the same thing about that girl like someone needs to get rid of her. To me it’s worth going to the Roselle location because she’s awful.
This store always disappoints me. They never make my sandwiches correctly. Always running out of bread. I’ve worked for Jimmy Johns, and I was a manager, so watching how badly this store is managed is embarrassing. It’s not hard.
My husband ordered me a totally tuna for lunch today which was very sweet of him. Usually I love this sandwich so I was really happy when it came. I took 2 bites and almost threw up. It was bad. It tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun for hours or something. I want to reiterate that I usually like this sandwich and I love fish. I even like sushi, dried seaweed chips, seaweed salads and all manor of “fishy” flavors. This was overpowering and inedible. I sheepishly texted my husband to let him know so that he could get a refund or replacement but when he called the informed him that they wouldn’t do anything. They said they had made the tuna salad fresh today and no one else had complained. I find that hard to believe but perhaps I just got some that had been left separate from the rest in the sun or on a heater for several hours. I considered going into the restaurant, sitting down at a table and just eating the sandwich which would guarantee I would throw up but that would be unfair to the employees. We order from Jimmy Johns a lot but this will be the last time we ever order from this location.
Ordered for delivery. Probably the rudest service. Called to find out if my order was still coming cause I was told it was. Spent $22 on food so my kids can eat but still it’s been over an hour and still hasn’t arrived. Won’t be ordering delivery again. Keep in mind I’m only a mile away.
I came at 8:50 to order and the 2 girls in there just turned off all the lights and when I pulled up to the window they both just ignored me, such a shame come here often.I like to leave early too but i at least work till im supposed to. Chick fil a would never
I've been to this Jimmy John's three times in the last week I've asked for extra onion every time!! Today I said extra onion heavy heavy onion again i only see 1 maybe 2 onions come on man.!!!STRIKE THREE!!!
I meeean. The reviews speak for themselves lol. Im sure its not the employees fault for being badly trained. Working at a jimmy johns for 6 years i can tell this place is gonna drop like the hanover location due to the mediocre management this location has lol. And with better options out there like jersey mikes, dont waste your time here lol. Poooor managers ?
I would like to add on to the recent reviews about the HORRIABLE service at this location. I made an online order and paid for the delivery. As I was waiting for my food to arrive, I received a call 15 minutes later saying that they have no delivery drivers (which is pretty bogus). I was told to come and pick it up myself as I was pretty busy at work. Even though it was inconvenient I decided to work with them. When I got there, the food was already made but the woman working at the cash register decided to cancel the order even though she was the one to call me and tell me to pick it up. I expected some sort of free food in return or coupons ANYTHING as this was a mistake on their end. She wouldn't give me the food that was paid for online even though it was made and sitting right in front of me. Will never ever give this place business again. One of the most ridiculous experiences ever.
Got a delivery from this location about a week ago. Placed an order today through the app and received a call from the store saying they don't deliver to my address, which is 1.5 miles away. Not only that, but they had no drivers either. How can you say you have freaky fast delivery but then have no drivers?! This location has lost my business for good.
