Totally disappointed. We have been ordering delivery for years from this location (Schaumburg). Tonight I was told I am 5.4 miles and they only go 5 miles so they will not deliver to us. Screw you Jett's, you lost some good home grown Michigan customers!!!!!
Best pizza I’ve had in Schaumburg. That Detroit deep dish is finger licking. I’ll keep coming back!

This place does not even deserve a single star. Terrible customer service! I placed an order over the phone and drove half an hour to pick it up. At the counter, they told me my ticket was lost and that I had to wait another 20 min for my order. The manager Alex did not do anything to resolve the issue. He was still going to charge me full price for my order which is not fair to me as a returning customer. He tried blowing me off by saying that they’re busy and he can’t continue to talk to me. Don’t go to this place and avoid Alex while he’s still the manager there!!!
Jets pizza is the best pizza in town. The service is amazing. They are very consistent, and fast.I love jets and it id my favorite pizza in town
Ordered a pizza, upon pick up was told the order wasn't there, they asked for the number to the order, when they were asking everyone else for the names on their order. Finally confirmed the order was their after a ten minute wait. The place was overly crowded. They felt bad & gave a 2 buck discount for the inconvenience, however never returning.
Been ordering from here for over a year. Never had a problem with delivery. Until today. They take my order as usual, payment and all. Even confirmed the address. Then they call me 20 minutes later to tell me that I am no longer in their delivery window. Funny, that wasn't an issue last week. Or any of the previous orders. And to top it off, they were extremely rude about it and flat out hung up on me after I told them to cancel my order. Which is odd, bc that's basically what they called me for... to tell me they were going to cancel my order (and yet still hold my payment for 2-3 days).Called the other Jet's location, which is ironically even further away from me than this one. The lady there gladly took my order and even apologized for this location's behavior. You might want take lessons from them on how to run your little shop.

We ordered just a basic cheese "Detroit Style" and asked for "well done"...Even after a good 20 min drive home the pizza was so crispy and delicious! We will definitely order again!!!
