Lamest j mikes around couldent have made my sandwich any more skimpier hardly put any meat and toppings on I’m just eating bread shoulda just went to Jimmy Johns for that
Great food, friendly and attentive service, a little pricey - but worth it.
I wish I could give this review 0 starts but I can’t.The customer service is horrendous. One staff member in particular had an attitude as soon as we walked in the door. I asked politely to not give me attitude and she instantly argued with me. She continued to say very rude things just because I asked for a different type of bread. Keep in mind she wasn’t even making the sandwich.Not to mention her lack of knowledge for sanitation is crazy. She touched money when went straight to grabbing the bread.The manager apologized for her behavior.We should treat everyone with respect. And this location certainly lacks of it with some (not all) of their employees.
Reasonably priced especially with the coupon thank you quick delivery and delicious thank you my first time and I've heard so much about you all and it was worth it!
Every time I come in this place I get treated like I'm their favorite person. The staff is friendly and service here is outstanding. Today, I walked in when they happen to have (3) new hires in training, and from what I can tell, the veteran staff is patiently training the new hires in the same excellent ways of craft and service that they follow. The place is clean and comfortable, the food was outstanding and I am just, overall, happy with my experience. I look forward to my next visit.
Extremely rude. I walked in and was going to eat, but the man screamed at me and said that I could not use the restroom without buying anything first. I left and went to Panda Express next door. Go there, they’re quite nice!
The staff is always friendly. Stopped in on a day when a water main had busted for the entire strip and they were still cheerful, despite some of Schuamburg's troglodytes deciding that it was somehow Jersey Mike's employees duty to repair a broken water main ?
Terrible. I spend alot of money at Jersey Mikes dont go to this one they miss the ingredients after you tell them exacty.
Former employee here. Although the food is good, it is poorly handled. Sanitary precautions are not taken, it is unorganized, and treat employees like garbage. Meat is cut and placed on dirty surfaces with multiple other things sitting on the same spot (other meats, utensils, cookies,etc.). Bread is rarely touched with gloves on and 85% of the time the bread is from a day or two ago. Just to top it off, the tuna is cat food that we add Mayo and celery to.
Still a good sub fast service must be ex Jimmy John employees.
