Second time I tried getting something they are out bread.First time I got there at 8pm and they said they were out of bread. I asked if they were out or they just didn’t want to make it because it was 8:30pm answered me Really rude. Such a bad customer service. Very rude. Didn’t get my refund until I called twice and they were so rude. The associate that answer was been sarcastic. When I just called to get a refund because they were to refund me on Thursday and now is Tuesday!

I ordered a #9 club supreme there was no bacon on the sandwich and I also ordered an Italian sub and there was only ham ,salami and pepperoni on my sandwich I did not getProsciuttini and cappacuolo . I will never go to this 2 bit sub place again .
This Place is AMAZING!! They’re sandwiches are incredibly tasty and well worth the price. I see reviews talking about how they’re running out of bread or how they have to wait for there food. I used to work at a jersey mikes a few years back and we make bread accordingly to our sales and it’s impossible to predict the right amount at times. They usually don’t make bread past 7pm due to it taking 1-2 hours for it to bake and so it’s not they’re fault for them running out of bread.
What happened to this place? Customer service here is non existent these days. Was inside waiting for a prepaid pickup order for over 15 minutes, ended up I was waiting for the cold sandwich, not the hot sandwich that had been waiting and getting cold in the bag. TALL GUY WITH CURLY HAIR AND SAGGING PANTS IS A REAL PIECE OF WORK! HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION! Probably wouldn't want him touching or making your food either. Extremely rude to customers, this guy needs to be trained or fired. Avoid this location
I walked in and I saw them putting the bread in the back and when they saw me they the courage to say “we are out of bread”. What was even better I saw a curly haired guy smoking in the back with his pants sagging. I have never been to place so unprofessional, why hire these guys if they want to close early and smoke in the back? This isn’t the first time they “ram out of bread”.
I love Jersey Mike's. This store, however, did not have my order ready. I placed it a day in advanced and I had to wait on until the customers who were placing orders inside the store were served before they made my order.
Boyfriend and I got sandwiches from here. Got home and noticed the mushroom cheese steak sandwich had NO STEAK. Called at 9:03pm 3 minutes after they closed no answer. The staff was in such a rush to closed the store that they didn’t pay attention. Waste of a trip and money. This location sucks
Best subs of any chain restaurant! Italian mikes way or Chipotle Steak!
It would be a Five stars but they did unfortunately mess up my sandwich but when I went back in this one tall young man with brown hair helped me out and was able to not only remake my sandwich but throw in a free chip and drink coupon for the Inconvenience, very polite and respectful
