Food was absolutely disgusting! If i could give 0 stars i would. We asked for their og hot, and we got this. Dry, oily wings. The fries and wings were also put in the same container, and all mixed up by the time i opened the box. They didn’t give my side of sauce as i requested either. TERRIBLE!!
Food was okay. Buffalo Mild shrimp didn’t have much of a taste, but my biggest complaint were the drinks. While my family got Pepsi, I ordered a ginger ale. They received their drinks in a cupwith ice, while I got a small warm can with I think was suppose to be a cold cup, no ice. Can only filled the cup half way and I was charged the same as a full cup. When I voiced my complaint, the employee just shrugged her shoulders.We were offered no refills and neither was my husband who ordered water.
Wanted to enjoy a nice tasty dinner with my friends but guess went to the wrong place. Ordered traditional medium wings and they tasted like chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds. No silverware was offered therefore we told Chloe about it and she took about 15 minutes to finally give us the silverware so we can finally eat our food cold since it was cooled down by then. If you want to visit hooters next time bring your own silverware and sauce for very dry wings. Another thing is we wanted to get dessert but before we can order any Chloe placed the check on our table without asking if we wanted anything else like any other server would do.
I have been visiting here for years, love it. The shrimp is yummy and the wings. Salads are good. The girls are lovely and sweet each time.
We were coming in to eat and when we realized they were busy we decided to get our food to go. Totally willing to chill and wait while having a few beers but the service was terrible. It took a while to get the first beer and would have ordered another plus shots but the bartender was too busy and didn’t really pay attention to us. The manager himself walked passed us multiple times while we tried to get our bartenders attention and avoided eye contact with us. Seriously, we were the easiest tip to make especially for a Togo order (which we usually tip 20% anyways) but we were totally neglected.
Out of all the Hooter's restaurants the Schaumburg location is the best one I've been To. The wings were nice and juicy and crispy on the outside.the philly cheese steak is always on point with lots of flavor. Service was good.
Great food, atmosphere, but, getting too expensive when it costs $75 with tip for 3 to eat & not get any appetizers or liquor!
On lunch grabbing a bite to eat, I normally don't eat at fast food establishments! But its always great to watch TV and catch up on sports. I ordered the grilled Mahi sandwich and it was bland as hell, well that's a lesson for you kiddos don't go ordering fish at a wings establishment you will lose every time! I definitely recommend this place just don't order anything outside of chicken wings.
I was refused a table when I was told there is a game and there are reservations only when there were open tables. I was told to try back at 9:15 when it closes at 10pm
Just tried to get dinner at Hooter’s. Hostess was explaining that the restaurant was only taking reservations and was booked except bar seats. I asked if anyone was almost finished at the bar. Manager came over, butt in and said that she was giving us false hope and there were no seats and they were full. Turned around and left. Hostess was trying to be accommodating and manager needs training on customer service. Would have been willing to wait a few minutes for a bar seat. Manager obviously doesn’t want our money so we’ll go to Buffalo Wild Wings.1
