Worst food ever I tasted in my life and I got very bad Daheria and they served complimentary rice to us the rice were I believe 2 or 3 days old and hard and dry. This place should close down instead of serving this kind of food , this is black spot on indian food.This dose not call indian food Mix Pakora was awful, manchurian was all Soggy and my okra was not cooked properly.Very disappointed.
I’m not sure why the reviews were so mixed because we ordered our dinner through Grubhub and it was fantastic! Delicious food, every item ordered was flavorful and fresh looking and fresh tasting. Maybe they have a rotating kitchen staff and the quality changes for that reason? We highly recommend this food! And we’re in Arlington Heights so I’m delighted they’ll deliver from Schaumburg. When we order next time, I’ll post an update if things change and take photos.
We went there after a very long time. Our last experience was OK. But we decided to give them another chance and I am glad we did. Although the appetizers were disappointing as they seemed stale and refried. But the main course was good. All the items we ordered were tasty. I liked the Paneer Pasanda, Baingan Bharta, my favorite Methi Mutter Malai.Updated 4.2.2022 - While the taste of the food was still good, noticed some unprofessionalism this time. For example we were 9 guests. The waiter just stacked 9 menus at one corner of the table and left. See the picture. Mango Lassi was served in a plastic cup. See picture. 2 out of 3 appetizers did not have a serving spoon. I reduced a star for this. The taste of the food is still good. Could have given 3.5 stars but cannot justify 4
My Family and I visited Gaylord Fine Indian Cuisine for the first time April 10, 2022 during our Chicago Vacation from Minnesota. Yes, We Come Through The Door and was greeted with an Respectful Approach and a Big Smile by Mr. Shohail (Manager) and He kept checking on Us, to make sure everything was alright. The Environment was Clean and The Food tasted Fresh and Delicious. Most Definitely, when We come back to Chicago or coming through Illinois, Gaylord Fine Indian Cuisine is the place on our list to Eat. My Family and I are Truly Satisfied and Grateful.
I cannot knock the food. It's excellent but to be a fine dining restaurant. The ambiance should be there. I'm disappointed how nasty the ceiling tiles in bathrooms. Are. This used to be the top restaurant in the Chicago land area to dine in. I have sent numerous friends to this place and now I'll recommend take out because the food is still excellent.
Foods are amazing, services are horrible.Prices are a bit high, but we won’t mind paying it if the service were equally high. Might as-well remove the “Fine Cuisine” from your name.Fransesco (at least thats what he told us) and another waiter were especially rude, impatient, and overall seem to not want us to be there.Dont bother going here, spend your money in other REAL fine dining Indian restaurants in Schaumburg.
We absolutely love this place. They have friendly staff. Amazing lunch buffet. We are always greeted and treated well when we come. The food if great!
As a fellow American, this place is very good. Definitely recommend the murg tika misala and the vegetables.
The food, service and staff are excellent. Been going for years and never had a bad time. The selection is great, the staff and kitchen are really accommodating.
Went here to meet to a potential employer... Had a nice time... I think we 2 were the only people in the restaurant that time .. they did check our vaccination card and ID before allowing us to dine in .. food was good .. the ambiance was ok...
