After being told by doordash that my delivery was 1 minute away, I put on my shoes to answer the door. 33 minutes of waiting later, doordash stated the delivery was completed, though it had not been. I called and they stated my food would be "right there". 20 minutes later I recieved my food. I asked if it was freshly made, since doordash stated the food had been made over an hour and 15 minutes prior. They did not know. I opened the food and everything was room temperature indicating I did not need to call to confirm.
Canceled my order when I seen this. Girl with purple hair touched her face and then continued to touch the food without washing her hands. When I went inside there was a guy waiting to order and the girl in the black hoodie looked at him and said "ok?" With an attitude. Like wow. She was talking on her Bluetooth and couldn't be bothered.
Good variety of dishes and the lunch special seems ideal, but I ordered once from here and was not impressed. Even though the sizes of the portions were good, every dish I had lacked seasoning. The breading on the empress chicken dish was mushy, lo mein noodles tasted doughy, and the won ton soup needed salt.
Their food has no flavor, I added the soy and sweet and sour sauce to it and it does nothing for it, portions are small and they are over priced. I paid for extra meat and they still gave me the same portion as if I didn’t. Their fried rice don’t seem like they fried it at all.
Ordered steamed rice they gave me fried rice. Hate fried rice. They did offer to replace my meal. I guess I should be happy about that. Just very disappointed on the outcome. Will never order from there again.
Great food. Fast delivery and everything was warm and fresh. Super nice delivery person. This will defenataly be my goto place for Chinese food from now on. Give it a try...you won't regrete it
This is my favorite Chinese food place near me that delivers but 50/50 chance every single time they forget something in my order. It’s really annoying because it takes another hour to deliver the missing item so they usually just credit the item for next time. Sucks!
Normally pretty good about their delivery, but today wasn't it. Order arrived almost two hours later than estimated. No mention of the order being dropped off on the 1st floor tucked behind the stairs, even though instructions said to bring to the 3rd floor.
I’d give zero stars if I could. We ordered delivery through this restaurant and after 2 hours(including a couple calls for updates from them) they told us it was delivered but it wasn’t. When we called, the person we spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and repeatedly hung up. All we wanted was a refund for the food that we paid for but never received. It was through Uber but they do not use Uber drivers. They deliver it with their own drivers so Uber said we need to call the restaurant directly for a refund because their driver messed up. The owner then said Uber was lying about the restaurant delivering itself and refused to talk to us anymore. The funny thing is, when we called for an update about an hour after we ordered the lady we spoke to said that their delivery drivers were preparing to leave and that they handle deliveries themselves not Uber. So my guess is Uber and the lady were the ones NOT lying. I have never had an experience so bad with a restaurant before. Don’t waste your money.
I don’t think they know what shrimp in garlic sauce is or fried rice in that matter awful taste.
