This is the greatest place to take your family in Schaumburg. The staff, especially Dawn, were some of the sweetest and most understanding staff I have ever met. Dawn felt more like a friend than our server. The food? Amazing. My burger was piled high with everything so fresh and cooked to perfection. There are so many games and everyone around is having such a good time. Something that we all need in this day and age…a nice escape! This is the perfect place to escape to. Prices are extremely reasonable and the portion sizes are HUGE! The people who work there? Top notch. A++++ Everybody is so friendly and so welcoming. The place is huge too! They have bowling lanes, a place for parties too. But the selection of games they have is incredible. If you are a gamer, this is where to go. Perfect for a Sunday Funday!

The food was absolutely delicious but the wait was too long (it was a Monday and there were less than 10 people in the restaurant at the time). We waited well over 30 minutes for our food, we were about to leave & that’s when the food arrived. My favorite part was the appetizer I really loved the sauce and onion - it wasn’t too oily and the right amount of crunchy.

Plenty of games for kids and adults - this is definitely a plus!!However the food for sure needs to be improved:Pepperoni pretzel - I would go to Antie Annie's, their pepperoni pretzel. See picture.Fish and chips - well fried but fish has abit funny smell after we reheat when we took it home.Pizza - sauce and dough has no flavour.Cheese curds - good.Probably won't come back for food....

It was super fun! A fantastic selection of different games to play. The Connect4 Hoops basketball game is the best!Security had us walk outside and walk around to reenter after we stepped out into the mall waiting for friends. It just made the gaming even better ?

Prior to today, I hadn't been since before COVID. While I was a little disappointed to see they lost the Namco branding, I'm mostly relieved to find it still here at all! Not enough arcades in the world that aren't Dave & Busters. The downstairs area that used to be a mini Namco museum is now sadly empty, but the main attraction upstairs is largely as it was.The decently sized arcade, beautiful old bowling alley and bar/restaurant are all still there, though a fair few machines were either out of order or simply not plugged in. Mostly the really, really old classics way in the back that kids aren't likely to care about anyway, but still. As of my visit on 6/9/22, the following machines weren't powered on:Super Pac-Man(the Pac-Man/Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga triple cabinet & Jr. Pac-Man still work), Sega Star Wars Arcade Trilogy, Millipede, Tapper, Space Invaders, Dig Dug, Q*bert, along with Let's Bounce, FlappyBird, and one of the two Tekken 7 machines and likewise one of two Full Tilt machines. That was really my only issue — aside from finding the place, because Google Maps takes you to the wrong side of the mall, but nothing they can do about that. They're generous with bonuses on gameplay cards. When buying a $20 card, they give you $25 worth of credit on it, with bigger bonuses on the bigger cards. I will also say, they have an excellent selection of pinball machines, both classic and new. I didn't know they were still MAKING new pinball machines, but they had a very nice one for The Mandalorian. There's also a lot of very nice leather armchairs and loveseats strewn about to sit and chill while the kids run around. Good selection in the prize redemption room, from little candies and plastic trinkets on the high end to some really interesting board games and gadgets for the high ticket items. The food is a tad pricey for what it is, though no moreso than at most chain places, and is pretty damned good. The fries looked fleshly house-made, no frozen crinkle-cuts, and the burger was enormous and not overcooked. Some places, you ask for rare and they give you medium-well. Not here. Be reassured, carnivores: my burger was pink most of the way through. Thick-cut bacon was perfectly cooked, as well. Crispy around the edges but not brittle.Staff friendly and helpful, bathrooms clean and well-stocked. With actual paper towels! If you're going primarily to game, try to go on a Monday when all game prices are half-off. For pinball fanatics, I highly recommend Gorgar tucked way in the back to the left of the bowling alley. Really cool and creepy.

I am so glad my manager planned an after work night at this fun zone. From the outside, I wasn't sure what to expect but after going up the stairs I was surprised by how big the place was. To the left they have bowling alleys and it is decorated to start the party as soon as you walk in. When I have gone bowling in the past, I needed a lighter ball and so I was thrilled to see bowling balls that looked like pool balls with 6,8,10,12 and 14lb weights. The set up on the computer was easy to figure out, but we did notice the lanes were shorter than normal bowling alleys so it took a minute to get used to it. The only downside was we couldn't order food or drinks because of the short staffed, so I am sure it would have been a better experience and we would have probably played longer, but I understand staff shortages. They were out of their signature drinks, but the mango Margaretta was really tasty. Everyone was happy with their meals and the prices seemed average. On the other side of the Enterrium is filled with video games and prize games. While walking around with all the games flashing lights, I kinda felt like I was in vegas for a minute. I plan to go back and would highly recommend if you are looking for a fun place to hangout with friends or family.

Food was much better than expected. Burger and sushi were good, cheese curds were hand breaded. The jalapeno jelly was underwhelming.Games were all functioning very well, lots of old classics and new games also. About 15 pinball options, table hockey, foosball, skee-ball, old arcade games like burger time, tapper, and q-bert. Latest pinball machines, and some of the best classics. It made for a fun evening for two for about $100 with food, drinks, and games.

Bar sucks with the bartenders there. Not professional at all. That’s our only complaint. I tried ordering a sandwich and after waiting for 10 min they told us they can’t make a simple sandwich. No explanation why just can’t. Oh well. Bartenders should know more about the service doesn’t matter if you don’t work in the kitchen. Our bartender looked like he was annoyed and didn’t even care much. Oh well won’t be ordering food or drinks there just go for games.

Lots of fun. The food was good, the service was gracious. The games were fun and the staff was super helpful. We had a great time.

This was my first time coming to Enterrium with my boys and husband, and I am incredibly impressed. Enterrium is beyond lucky to have Gamilel, as their chef (so sorry for the misspelling). We arrived and it took a while to be approached, but Gami went above and beyond to make up for our wait. He truly cared we had a good experience. I haven’t dined out and felt that catered to in a LONG time. The buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing, the buffalo Mac and cheese was a hit, and the burgers were to perfection. Desert was the cherry on top of an exceptional night. My boys played their hearts out in the arcade and went home exhausted! A win for Mom. Gami, thank you again for making us feel very special.
