I am so tired of being harassed by the employees at this location. Today, as I drove through, I attempted to "Tap to Pay" twice. Both transactions were unsuccessful, so I informed the cashier that it may be their system, because I had literally just used the card at Target prior to driving through. The cashier became EXTREMELY argumentative and yelled back at me calling me "rude" for saying that. Serious customer service training is needed before I ever take my $20+ coffee orders to this location again. All she was required to say was, "Thank you. I will look into that. Do you have another way to pay today?" But instead, she chose to argue with me as a customer, blame me as a customer, etc. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened, but I have had this kind of treatment as a customer three times this past month alone. I literally drive through to buy coffee and breakfast every single day and to be treated this way as a paying, regular customer is absolutely unacceptable.

I usually don't go out of my way to post negative reviews, but avoid this place at all costs especially if you are ina hurry. Why does it take over 5 min per car? Was able to get out of the drive through after waiting 10 min, went down to McDonald's and passed them on the way back with the majority of the same cars still there. I don't understand

I love that they know my name at this location when I pull up in the drive-thru. I either come there too much or they really pay attention to their customers, either way, I appreciate the hard work from the employees and enjoy the coffee. ❤

Worst dunkin I have ever seen. Yesterday I bought hash brown and coca mocha iced latte and they add cinnamon sugar on the top. I am still working in dunkin donuts and we are not allow to add cinnamon sugar in coca mocha iced latte. I am allergic to cinnamon sugar so I throw it out and the hash brown was so nasty. It taste and smell very bad. If anyone wants to waste their money then they can go on this location. After that You can definitely throw your food and drink in the garbage.

I used to love this Dunkin but my most recent visit, I will no longer visit here. I placed my order and got to the window were I paid my usual amount, did not receive everything I had just ordered. Girl at the window said, that I never paid for all the items because she forgot to "charge". Long story short, this girl new or not tried to overcharge. Said she could not give me a receipt at the moment. Which proves my point that she indeed tried to scam and overcharge me. You are better off going to another Dunkin, or simply making your own at home.

I live nearby this DD so order here past 3 years!! In last 1-2 months the service has been the worst possible. There is probably a mexican girl on the heavier who is beyond rude. It happened to me 3 times with the same person when i told here there wasn’t splenda in it and instead of just handing it out to me she kept arguing with me. And she is the only one that rude there. Everyone else seems fine. In which world is it ok to argue with a customer in drive through. She shouldn’t even be working there.

Its not just this dunkin' its happened so many times I'm allergic to dairy it makes me very sick. This location was amazing rectifying the issue and made sure and triple checked how I wanted the order because I had two sandwiches one with dairy for my husband and one for me without.thank you

Avoid this Dunkin at all costs. The service here has been shockingly bad for the last 6 months or so.Example: On my latest visit my mobile order first couldn't be located and then was made incorrectly (Sugar was added to our ice coffee). When we returned requesting that it be made again without the sugar, one of the associates said out loud to the other "There's not sugar in there" with a clipped tone as if we were lying just looking to get a free beverage. Now putting sugar in an ice coffee is an understandable mistake but it is also very easy to tell that the sugar is there since it sits at the bottom of the cup and tastes grainy. So I then said "There's 100% sugar in this, I tasted it, would you like me to pour out the cup and show you?" To which the associate told me to "Please stop" as if I was unnecessarily escalating the situation. The kicker is when we received the remade beverage, it *also* had sugar in it. It was a bizarrely unnecessary waste of time and energy to try to receive the beverages as we ordered them and in the end we just gave up. This is not the first incident of poor service we've received at this location and not even the worst but with so many other Dunkins in the area, it will definitely be the last.

Waited so long for an iced coffee people behind me in the drive up were honking. Finally asked for my money back. Four people were working so I don’t think staffing was an issue. Maybe try some training and managing.
