Such a great location. Asked for easy ice and the cup is filled with ice to the top and maybe 5 to 7 oz of coffee in a large cup. They care about you so much on hot summer days. If you need ice. Go here!
I go to Dunkin' donuts everyday and your restaurant is by far the dirtiest and most disgusting bathrooms out of any dunkin donuts I have ever been to. You are either empty on toilet paper or soap how do your people wash your hands.
Very rude unpleasant peopleService is slow. Easily an old doughnut they gave me. Hard and dry.
Nobody wants to start their day off with someone being rude taking their order. I went here a few days in a row out of convenience. Be careful with them overcharging you. The oatmilk is watered down. I'll take my money elsewhere. A thumbs down for me.
We go to this Dunkin frequently as it is close to our work. Constantly gives us “grilled” cheese’s with just bread and cheese. Always the same people working when we bring sandwiches right back and ask for new one’s. Today, spent 6 minutes in the drive through (we were the first and only people in line), gave us 2 sandwiches that were not even warm, cheese not melted. Decided to just get a refund and be done with this awful dunkin. Employees, please learn how to toast bread.
We've stopped through here on two different occasions, nearly a year apart. The service is always very fast, accurate and friendly!
I've been to many Dunkins in the greater Chicago area, and this location has been by far the friendliest and most accommodating! Props to the great staff at this location!
Par for the course! We went by one time and the manager wasn't on time and therefore the store wasn't open at 6am. No issues otherwise/since.
Restaurant shows that it’s open online. The app shows that it’s open. I got there the Sign lights are onThe drive-thru sign is on, the drive-through menu Is lit up. I placed my order through the app. Pull up, nobody’s answering me, I pull up to the window and they are closed. I’m sure my credit card will be charged anyway.
First time Dunkin' drinker and I was pleasantly surprised. The small Caffè Latte with whole milk and vanilla was quite tasty.
