The person at the register was not attentive and repeatedly asked what it was we had wanted to order after we had spoken it clearly a couple times before. They were out of a product which is fine, but didn't provide any further assistance or recommendations and we had to figure it out ourselves and the cashier just was very impatient with us. They burnt the bacon on my avocado toast and didn't call out the order so the food was just sitting on the counter. My partner ordered a sandwich and ever since, their stomach has been wildly upset. Maybe it was just the time we came in and just one bad product, but we also ordered chocolate donut holes and they were stale. Two stars because the coffee was good, but otherwise I wish I went to a different location.
This location needs better customer service or better yet hire more employees
I was in this location rasientely and eask for a hazel nut cream and sugar the coffee was horrible no flavor at all.

Hot cappuccino was good, better than Starbucks.
I just bought a chocolate long John and it was raw inside took it back and got another, it turn out that one was raw inside. Overall when you serve someone with anything that is raw, people get sick.
Doughnuts were a little stale and the shake was too thin.
Customer service is not the strong suit here. I seen employees arguing which makes the environment very stressful. I asked questions about my order and I don't think they speak very good English. GOOD LUCK! another dunkin is Close by.
