This Dunkin’ charges for less ice and I still end up with more ice. I get that these workers are just complying with this rule bc it’s their job. Way to go!! You guys must be getting paid so much at this inflation to be this compliant. Gotta love greedy corporation and it’s compliant workers!
I get coffee every morning and I choose this Dunkin every time. Fastest service I have ever experienced. Very friendly staff.Other franchises should pick up from here. Great job
Out of all the dunking donuts I have visited past 10 years around USA . This is the best DD I have ever met. Friendly stuff , nice location, enough parking space. Happy hour cold and HOT coffee. All other dunking give only cold coffee for happy hour but this is the only place which gives hot coffee and we really appreciate it. Mango nada is almost $1 cheaper than my neighborhood store in Glandala heights. Clean bathroom, clean tables. I know tht that owner of the place taking too much work from employees to make this place the best . God bless all employees in this location
This location charges extra for asking for "less ice"!!!! Fu*k this dunkin. The lady said they won't wave the upcharge. Go down the block to another one.
Not sure why I gave this a 3/5 before. It must’ve been a mistake because I come here often and I never have any bad experiences.
I used to work here. It’s a franchise and they cut a lot of corners. Never order decaf coffee because chances are it’s regular. Whenever somebody would order decaf, they told me just fill it with regular because they don’t feel like making it.

Honestly the quickest Dunkin I've ever been to. I stop here before work and sometimes it gets really hectic and packed with the two entrances for the drive through line, but and they do a great job of getting customers' orders through. Fast, accurate, and friendly service!
They discriminate. Girl was screaming about masks while other girl had her nose hanging out along with most of the staff who were working on top of each other and coughing/sneezing.
