I order 2 pizza for carry out . They give me my order wrong and when I call the store . They give me very bad attitude and told me that we give the order what we received . Even after telling them that I have my receipt and u give wrong order , still they are telling me that on our screen we have different order . Very bad customer service this store have . This is my 2nd bad experience. I will never go to this store again. So for them jalapeños and red peppers are mashroom and olive… lol ?
This place has screwed up my orders and said they were complete, obviously not, but restaurants need to show good completion time. Last time I asked for carside delivery and this restaurant marked it as complete while I had to go inside and pick up. What's the point of CAR SIDE DELIVERY, when you don't and don't give your refund like you advertised?
I love this Domino's they all are not the same plus they have a delivery driver A.J. who makes the wait time feel non existent, never had an issue with any delivery I make and I order 4-5 times a month. TREMENDOUS always

Thin crust pizza is very good at this location. Turn around time from order placement to pickup was quick.
I ask to not to burn the crust instead I got undercooked pizza lol terrible
Have been ordering at this Domino’s lately often , never disappoints , Pizza’s are fresh from oven and very well prepared. Just love the Pizzas. Thank you for the great taste.

Raw pizza dough. This is the second time this happened.The first time it happened the manager was kind and gave me a refund. I truthfully didn’t believe this would happen again.If you are ordering from the Schaumburg branch, do not order with extra cheese to avoid eating raw pizza dough.
Food ls always good but what I did not like is no one was wearing a mask, from person preparing the pizza, to person managing the oven to person at cash register, no one had a mask on. During this COVID times, they should at least put a mask on. I understand the inconvenience but risk is simply just too high.
