I’m here right now. Bathrooms are dirty, the doors don’t lock, nothing is “Covid-friendly” (nothing motion activated), the floors are sticky, every booth and table in the restaurant was dirty, they forgot our milk, our sauce, and the ranch that comes with the cheese curds. And on top of that, the food doesn’t even taste good. The girl taking our order was nice.

If you’re the General manager reading this please bring this to the attention of the staff members of the late shift of 04/12. I just recently moved in the area and I’m a big Culver’s fan. I ordered my food thru the drive thru and some miscommunication lead to me receiving the wrong order upon leaving . I was a bit frustrated given the fact that Culver’s to me is what other fast food restaurants should be and second because I had to wait in line ,again.. I spoke to the manager in charge about the situation they corrected the mistake and displayed what to me looked and tasted like the best burger ever!! I literally told my sister “look at this” “this looks like a burger you would see in a commercial” even the box said “looking good as usual” I’m one satisfied customer. To me it’s the little details that matter. Respect was given and earned. Thank you!

My partner had been very excited to share Culver's with me since I had never tried it before visiting Chicago. The concrete mixer from this store was incredible! We forgot to add Oreo pieces but it was still delicious. The burger, however, was entirely unimpressive. It tasted just like an over cooked burger from Sonic. It was very dry and had one drop of ketchup. It tasted so bad, I kindly asked my partner to finish it because I couldn't take it anymore. I wouldn't mind trying a different food, just not the burgers again.

I’ve been waiting in the drive thru line at culvers for over 25 minutes…. still waiting to get my order as we speak they’ve served multiple people behind me in the drive-through (with large orders) I’m about to go inside and curse out the manager for horrible service….I feel like I’m being punk’d

I will just drop here to buy some food for takeout. I have a meeting to attend and I will eat it while I’m driving. I order Wisconsin Cheese Curds where their curds are a dairy land delicacy made using the freshest, unaged yellow & white Wisconsin cheddar, deep-fried golden brown for a warm buttery crunch provided exclusively to culver's by la grander hillside dairy in Stanley, Wisconsin. It took so long to came. I only ordered 1 food and it came for about 15 minutes. I hope it taste good. After I paid it I went to my car. While driving I ate it and the tastes not bad. Its good but not the best. I only gave 3 star for this place.

The one in island lake is WAY better than this one. My food here was so sloppily put together and it just didn't taste the same. Probably won't go back for a few months. The owners here should talk to the owners of the island lake location and maybe improve their food preps training.

Perhaps some of the most delicious fast food I've had anywhere, especially burger and fries. Be prepared to pay dine-in restaurant prices, but it's worth it.

I'm pretty sure the management needs to rethink their pricing at this Culver's. Went to the drive-thru last night and ordered a medium root beer float. It was almost $9. I did not stop at the window I kept driving. What in the world are they thinking?

Dinner for this squirrel ?️. It's a good spot. Off the tollway and they are fast. Food is fresh.

This use to be one of my favorite hamburger places. Thumbs down for me. Your burgers are horrible now. It shows you don't care about quality anymore.
