The girl with the air pods on Sunday afternoon absolutely sucks at customer service. She simply did not listen or seem to care. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Even though I think Cold Stone ice cream is amongst the best, it was so bad I’m not sure I’ll go back. Whoever owns or manages this place needs to reward the employees that have some work standards and get rid of the rest.

Really bad customer service. They charged me twice and the manager didn't do anything to fix it. They lost us as customers. Also, the only guy that works there is very rude always.
The ice cream was delicious and mixed well and the manager was just an amazing person
Worst service at any place I have ever been. Staff took roughly 10 minutes for each order and were laughing and joking around with a long line. In the middle of a long line, one staff member decided to make himself ice cream and take up the whole slab. The workers looked lost when doing anything.

Dirty store it looks like it hasn’t been clean in months. The girls working are wearing crop tops and there stomachs touch the ice cream stone . The manager is present but he doesn’t do anything. The girls look like that hate working overall.
Tables are not clean and they look like they have not cleaned them in hours. The “stuff” on the tables is layered on there. They are completely covered in stickiness and confectionery.
