Food was good but it took way too long and manager didnât even bother stopping by to explain. With what we paid for the food, expected much better. Was a frequent customer. No more.
We love it here! One of the few dog friendly restaurants around. Josh was great and accommodating. He even brought a doggy bowl with cold water for our dood Chance to keep cool while we enjoyed our lunch. 100% recommend!!
Music inside the restaurant was extremely hard to talk over, which was very disappointing. Service and food was good.
Big disconnect between the servers, management and cooks. No one seemed concerned that we were served undercooked food? When we told the waiter, she was snarky and replied “Well what do you want us to do?!” We we’re very polite and understanding, all we asked was for them to cook it more. At that point I lost my appetite for meat, so asked for a Ceaser salad. My boyfriend was eating his meal and 10 mins go by and they still didn’t bring out my basic salad. I feel like they messed up and should’ve made that a priority? They just didn’t care for the customer experience, when our bill was well over $100. We would’ve gladly stayed and got more drinks if we were treated better.

I called about a week prior to making the reservation and asked if they had nutrition info because my daughter is a type 1 diabetic. I was assured they had the info but when we sat down and asked they said they didn't but could try and guesstimate for it. The drink I ordered came half full and the salmon on the "plank" had oil running off the sides which got all over me. We went there for my husband's birthday and it wasn't a good experience.
Excellent service along with good food that is fairly priced, and sports on TV, what’s not to like ?? oh wait I didn’t care for “wine on tap” but next time I will chose something else. The chopped salad was also delicious and if possible better than Portilllo’s IMHO.
