Deserves zero stars. AVOID this location at all costs. They are really cheap with the meat portions! I should've read the reviews before I ordered here. Literally got 6 pieces of chicken and it was cold! Meat portion is like your going to feed a mouse or even an ant! Food is colder then Chicago's winters!
First time here The 3 star is for the burritos so if you want to eat something this is what you should order.The bad thing is the burritos bowl it does not look like the picture it's kind of mess the way they put the food is wrong they throw the food in the plate and the portion is too little for some plates and some is good they should be consistent. They have a place to eat outside that was nice
Extremely disappointed and this is not the first time… They tend to always skimp the food at this location especially when you get it for a delivery order. I have given up on giving them chances to redeem themselves. One of the bowls I ordered was only halfway full and the other bowl I ordered was a little bit more than halfway full but only had a pinch of lettuce. To add to the disappointment, the food was so cold. If you really want chipotle that badly I recommend going to a different location because they are super trash at this location.
Totally disgusting. I ordered lunch for my daughter. Instead of carnitas She got a chunk of uncooked fat. Lettuce is not even chopped. Plus this location is constantly lacking ingredients plus forks, spoons etc. I kinda get the ingredients but forks? Spoons? Buy a bag at a store for your customers. Staff is completely careless. Restaurant is dirty. Apparently the management doesn’t care either. Stay away from this location if you don’t want to get food poisoning or be disgusted at the very minimum! It’s dangerous to eat their food.
maybe it's just me but the employees at fast food restaurants never seem like they're happy to be at work. No smiles, or a happy welcome to our store? When I worked at fast food or retail I would greet the customers with a smiling face and I was happy to be at work. But I guess I grew up in a different generation and I was taught how to act differently..
Not enough help. They get the orders mixed up. Asked for a small cheese quesadilla & they charged me $8.95 for a CHICKEN quesadilla but I did get a cheese one. Ordered chips & guac. Mostly all the chips were crushed. How are you suppose to scoop up the guac with a piece of chip? Garbage cans overflowing & tables dirty!!! Hello people COVID is still around. Can you clean the tables for us to eat on?? Prices have gone up but the quality of the food went down. I won't be back!
This Chipotle is absolutely the worst Stale chips they literally gave me 3 pieces of steak in a taco. No cheese no lettuce trying ti maximize profits by cheating people with portions wow.Absolutely insulting
Could have given 0 Always had an issue with this location. Never got the order done right. Always serve cold fajitas and beans. And when there is a long line to place order (we waited for 25 minutes) and they might have ran out of ingredients they won’t tell you while you are waiting and many others, they wait until you reach to the front and then tell you they don’t have half the stuff you want in your order. Haven’t seen such incompetent and unprofessional staff at Chipotle. Save your time and go to the Golf road or Woodfield locations. Far better service and taste too.
Terrible quality. Order a $10 burrito bowl for a table spoon of rice, some tomatoes and cheese.
Good when you order in person, not so good when order is placed online. Skipped out on the meat in two bowls as well as forgot to add the purchased drink to the order. Once it was brought up to the managers attention the problem was resolved with ease.
