I had the worst meal of my life here. They didn’t give the chips and dip we paid for. Gave the wrong tortillas. The bowl had rice that was hard and rolled up in balls, not cooked at all. The chicken was over cooked or something, couldn’t even bite into it, and has weird sort of “sticks” coming out of it. I don’t know if it was supposed to be shredded or something, but it was awful. Totally inedible, threw it away. This chipotle sucks big time.

So, in a location like this, how do run out cooked chicken. Apparently is not being properly managed. I was asked to wait 15 minutes for them to cook chicken… it is not going to happen. They should properly and efficiently talk between the servers and cooks to make sure something food is on the way before running out. I love the food but things like this turn people off.
I used to like going to chipotle, but lately it's been kinda "meh." I feel like they changed something with their ingredients, because i dont remember their food being as spicy as it is now. Also, at this location, the person wraping our burritos wasn't doing a very good job. She had to double wrap mine, and the person in front of me.
Not busy no steak i dropped my kid off came back nothing restaurant are runed by high school kids with big attitudes fk around with grown men women bad combos plz educate them. Parents restaurant owers its called service.
Great food, but depending on worker, you may get more meat some days than others. prices have gone up ridiculously!

I ordered lunch from here to be ready at a specific time because I had a tight schedule that day. We arrived at the restaurant on time and our order wasn't ready. There were three customers in line that were being helped. While we were standing there, three more groups came in. All those groups were taken care of and walking out the door before my order was ready. I could have stood in line and gotten my food faster. The staff member I was speaking with said, "I'm sorry, we're just really busy," but that's not the issue. Of course you're busy, it's lunch time. But you have to manage the work. And my order should have been mixed in to the flow to ensure it was ready. I walked out of there 15 minutes late and it threw off the rest of my day. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location and it was really frustrating.
