I thoroughly enjoy the food served at Chick fil a. Service is always good to great because the employees are cheerful and helpful. Additionally, I appreciate that Chick FIL A corporate management have values they are willing to stand behind and not give in to the current cancel culture feeding frenzy. I wish they were open on Sunday but respect the reasons why they are closed! I support this business and recommend it whole heartedly.
Fast drive thru . Order Deluxe chicken sandwich and it was great. Food was hot. Service was very fast. 1st time eating one of their sandwiches. Two lanes to order in. Easy in and easy out of store. Parking lot was clean. Speakers system works great.
They Refuse to cook their Waffle Fries "WELL DONE" which means they come out soft and many times are not hot when served... I have found this to be true at several of their locations... Two Chicago locations would cook them Well Done on Request but Not in the Chicagoland suburbs...
I go to a lot of different Chic Fil-A’s around the Chicago area. I even have the app and I use my rewards often. The Schaumburg location has GREAT staff. How ever they have the worst food of all the locations I visited. The Mac n Cheese is ALWAYS soupy, the salads are often half full yet the price is still 9+ even without meat. Very disappointed in the food quality at this location.
Good food but they just rush you to get you out of the way. Give customer time to pay, get food, get drinks, ask for condiments and check bag for correct order. They literally have the bag, food & etc hanging out the window & saying bye before you get a chance to get your card, cash or receipt. They think this is fast customer service but really rude.
Pretty expensive but the drive thru is always full. Only reason why I take a star off is I thought chick fil a employees were supposed to be kind. The customer service here is beginning to look more and more like McDonald’s but again for more cost
To long of a wait for curbside. Why prep the food when I tell you I'm there. Get it ready on a time frame. I lost my lunch period just picking food up. Very disappointing
To me it is all about the quality of their food. And the fact that is consistently good. You always know what you are going to get, no surprises: great fries, fresh buns, perfectly fried chicken and, most importantly, truly fresh and satisfying. The people taking orders and bringing out the food are courteous, attentive and friendly. The chicken burger served is amazingly good. The ordering process was so quick and efficient. Highly recommend and way better than any fast food joint. You get what you pay for and the quality is really good. I really love Chick-Fil-A
Coming in off Golf Rd can be a bit tricky.The lines move fast and the orders come out correct. Their corporate training program must be interesting to witness as they produce some of the best employees who operate at very high service levels.I find the food average except their sauce. It’s fried chicken on a bun. It’s good but not earth shattering. Their sauce while terrific tasting has some big calories so go easy on that stuff
First time eating breakfast here. It was tasty, but very skimpy and overpriced. Left hungry as I always do when eating any food at Chick-fil-A. Food is very overpriced for the amount of food you get.
