Let me preface by saying this is a smaller location, so don’t expect a Starbucks type wait area.Other than that, this place is amazing! Between the aesthetics of the atmosphere and the quality of the drinks, they’re one of the best places in the area that I know of! I routinely drive the 25min to get here because of how great it is!I love how the menu contains a lot of different types of drinks, so you’re not just limited to milk tea type drinks. Like mentioned above, the appearance of the drinks match the taste of them! I’ve come here countless times, during both busy and calm hours, and never once had a quality issue.The interior design is simple, yet effective. You’re not overwhelmed with different colored walls everywhere, with artwork splayed randomly to fill up empty spaces, you have the menu wall that visually shows you what each drink looks like, and the logo wall that makes a cute photo op!The employees here are all amazing too. Durry is my favorite by far! All employees keep a professional yet friendly attitude and are happy to help with any questions or any drink substitutions!The ordering system is great too. You can either order on the tablets yourself without having to converse if you’re not wanting to, or you can order the standard way through the baristas.The reusable returnable glass cups are an amazing idea to help combat plastic cup waste, and you get a discount when you bring them back! If you forget to, they’re great for making iced coffees at home too!All in all, this place is amazing, I would 100% recommend coming by!
Everything we’ve had here has been phenomenal. Well, except the shimmering kiwi drink that I ended up dumping out… but that’s probably just my personal taste, so I can’t dock them any points for that. Thai iced tea was delicious. Watermelon slush was delicious. Strawberry banana was delicious (definitely banana heavy, heads up). 100 stars for the shimmering pink lemonade because it might be the best drink I’ve ever had. Throw some vodka in there and a sprig of mint and you’ll have an amazing cocktail.Edited to add: if there’s no one else inside then it’ll be less than 5 minutes for your order. If it’s a Friday evening, expect to be waiting 20+ minutes for your drink. Totally worth it, though. And it’s not a lag on their end— it’s just because they’re so busy!
I got the original bubble tea, the black pearls were the highlight of the drink as the tea flavor was masked by a lot of sweetness and a dairy free milk which tasted like something was a little off as I am not used to the taste of dairy free alternatives. Overall still enjoyable even at a bit of a higher price, also I should mention the cool glass jars which hold a decent portion size.
These drinks taste bad. I tried 2 of the most known flavors: the classic and then the Thai flavor at another bearology location. Both were too watery and didn’t have much taste. The Thai drink didn’t taste like Thai tea to me (and I have tried Thai boba from so many other places) and I just asked for the standard drinks so I’m very disappointed. It seems that most of these reviews are about the aesthetics instead of the actual flavor (which is what I care about- does it taste good? No.) if you just want the aesthetics and a pretty drink that tastes terrible, then go for it.
I don’t know what is the fuzz around and why there are 1 star reviews. My experience is awesome with them. They charge about the same price as all the other places. I actually just had a boba tea in Chicago and trust me if you say $6-7 is a lot, then you don’t know what expensive is.All drinks are aesthetically pleasing and the taste is pretty average. At least drinks are not too chemical compared to many others who are just using artificial powder to enhance the flavor.Overall, I’m satisfied with the place
Strawberry milk tea was good, not very sweet so I enjoyed it. We also got the kiwi lemonade and pink lemonade shimmering drinks. The kiwi one was not great but the pink lemonade was good. Really like the jars and I'll be using them at home for boba tea or smoothies
My girlfriend and I go here from Wisconsin to get these drinks they are so good I got the 24k golden flask and Maddie got the butterfly lemonade if your going down to Chicago go check out bearology they are worth the stop.
Best bubble tea in the most adorable glass jar! ? Orders are placed on self-service tablets (no one will take your order). My favorites are the coffee milk tea with tapioca and banana milk tea with tapioca. The drinks are made extremely fast and taste amazing - and the glass jars make you feel so fancy while drinking them. Well worth the price.
The place was absolutely ADORABLE! From the interior being gorgeous to small spots to take pics of your drinks! And the boba drinks 10/10 for flavor visual appeal and being eco friendly with mason jars to serve the drinks in!
Came in with mixed feelings due to reviews, but it was amazing. Definitely a keep! Tried their 24k tea, fruit tea and strawberry milk tea. All were really good and can be modified for additional sweetness.
