Lou Malnati is my all time favorite pizza place! The deep dish and the thin crust are both so good. I love the salads here too. I usually order carry out from this location to eat with the fam when I visit Chicago. The pizza is always ready on time and the staff here are friendly.
We always get the spinach deep dish and Lous salad. Never disappoints. I order online for pick up. This location is always organized and my order is ready on time.
Out of this world deep dish pizza. Comparing this to Giordano's, Lou's goes for making there cheese, sauce, and crust of pizza to really make that deep dish flavor spark instead of filling. If you are in the Chicagoland area, make sure to try out Lou Malinati's as each time you eat here it feels like that one in a lifetime pizza taste.
Very disappointing. Numerous mistakes and delays in the past but today topped it. App shows the pizzas ready, go in and they said it’ll be right out. Apparently they gave it to another customer. Told they will put the order in again but would be at least 25 minutes. Poor attempt to make it right.
Ordered delivery for my husband’s birthday through GrubHub and received a confirmation email that the Restaurant accepted our order. I used to work for a restaurant that used Grub Hub so I know SOMEONE had to accept the order in order for us to receive that confirmation email. An hour and a half went by, so we contacted Grub Hub who called the restaurant for an update only to be told they “never received the order” which is definitely not the case. So now it’s almost 9pm on a Wednesday and my husband has nothing for dinner on his birthday. Thanks for nothing!
Ordered pizza and salad for curbside pickup. Phone order confirmation showed order ready at promised time 7:30 and I was waiting outside. After waiting in my car for 10-12 minutes I finally went inside to get my order. The employees had been goofing around and it was not busy at all. Upon getting home I was very disappointed with my pizza ? which was barely lukewarm. It was a $30 order but I won't be going back there for a long time.
While my Pie is always on time, fresh, hot, well and uncut just the way I like it, however the sausage patty always comes slid to one side. I am not sure why. I hope they see this and correct the issue. It certainly won't keep me from getting my Lou's fix though.
Uli was super helpful with my pickup order. He was very accommodating when I added another item - and then last minute wanted to add some sauces on the side. Very patient and helpful! Had to ask his name and shout him out - this lous location is always on point
Just went for take-out. The order was ready when we picked it up. The deep dish pizza was very filling, and very good.
Best Deep dish pizza around. Must try the Lou.Equally flavorful thin crust pizzas.
