Always check your phone for Arbys specials! This one was online and on the window. We got 2 Arbys roast beefs for $6.00. Next time I'm trying the 2 fot 6 Gyros!
Very hit-miss with order accuracy. There have been several occasions where I've driven home with the wrong items. When they do get the order right, the food is solid. That's Arby's for you.
The door sign says they are open until 11 pm for the drive thru however their employees do not seem to want to work around 10:40 and shut off their coms. Poor management I suppose.
I lost count of how many times but ever since they open this Arby's has yet to get an order right..( it's the only one close sorry to say ?). And today we were the only ones in line.( Even waiting for our food).. The only good thing was the manager making the order finally right and very apologetic. even gave us a cookie and Cherry turnover)Otherwise I would have gave it zero stars. Let me begin by saying Tiffany the manager is the most filthy mouth person I've spoken to. Where did Arby's find her? She needs to be terminated right away. I can't believe the words that were coming out of her mouth.For the last 4 nights I've been coming here as I work 3rd shift. They are supposed to close at 11pm as that's their hours of operation. But Tiffany takes it upon herself to close at 10pm as she tells me because"she too tired and cuz she feel like it"So I tell her well it be nice to leave a note or pick up the phone so you can say store will be closed at ten until further notice or something instead of wasting my lunch time I only have 30 minutes.She really got upset when I asked her for the district manager number and she blew up. Cussing me out and threatening me saying she's from the south and I don't know what she is capable of doing? So that sounds like a threat to me. She had other choice words for me that I can't say on here. But hands down the most rudest person with the dirtiest mouth I've spoken too.Arby's if you see this please handle this situation or give me the district manager number please as Tiffany was furious I asked her.
They insist on you pulling up past the drive thru to get your food, even when no other cars are behind you in line . So instead of handing you hot food out of the window, they walk it through the lobby and outside. Even in 15 degree weather! Everything in the bag is now cold. Stay away from here!
Terrific service. Staff was friendly, polite and appreciative of my business. Probably the best service I have had at an Arby's.
Worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever! Although there was no line, it took forever to get my food. Staff were more interested in joking around with each other than doing their job.
