Okay so the bone in wings were actually really good! I got lemon pepper and mild. The fries were gross. Super soft and underdone, very floppy. I’d honestly suggest getting wings here and get curly fries from Arbys next door. My husband got tenders and they were not crispy at all. If I go back here I’m only getting the bone in wings.
We ordered 30 lemon pepper chicken wings and a large fry. I must say the food was on point we really enjoyed the food will be back.
Not a fan of this location. Extremely poor customer service & cleanliness. If you have a problem with your order (they gave me half boneless wings when I ordered all to be traditional) they give a 10 or 15% employee discount on your NEXT purchase, with a side of attitude.
Been going to wingstop in joliet for a while but visited the romeoville store this last time and it was noticeably better. Lots of 1 star reviews about the time it took to prepare the food, well this isn't mcdonalds. I'd rather drive further and wait a little longer for the wings at romeoville wingstop. Everything was on point ??????
Very disappointed. We come to this location easily once a week. We have a late night work meetings and they are one of the only places open. It’s disappointing they say they are open til 12am, but really they should say 11:30pm because they do not take orders past this time. We walked in about 5-10 mins after 11:30pm and we’re turned away despite them being in the process of making another order of wings. Just very disappointed when we come here all the time. Food is always good, but disappointed with customer service. Please change the time you are open til or actually serve the customers until closing time.
My first time eating at this Wingstop, the chicken was Cooked Fresh and so was the Fries. It took a long time to get my order ready thats the only reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I only ordered 6 wing combo all flats and well done fries with extra seasoning, i called my order in and it took them 35 mins to get it ready after they originally told me over the phone 15 minutes ?I do plan on going back again because the food was fresh and not frozen or reheated. Hopefully this won’t change and the food continues to be awesome ❤️?
The wings taste amazing, and the 70 cent Monday/Tuesday is another incentive. My favorite flavors are the Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub, but I also enjoy the Mango Habanero. It’s extremely flavorful instead of the classic, super hot and super heat that you find at most wing places. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they do a great job at keeping the place clean!
No one wears gloves and the employees were touching their masks and then touching food. The pop station was nasty garbage over flowing and no ice. I won't eat here again! And it took over 20min for my order and I'm in store waiting that's not right
I have been ordering at this location for a long time ever since they opened, and I have never had any issue with my order. And I usually order for family of 10. They always been the best at the food quality and service, so thank you for opening right next to us we appreciate it.
Ordered online. Got lemon pepper wings which is a favorite with me and my parents! The only thing with ordering online is I couldn’t add the cheese sauce on the side for my fries.
