Ordered doordash with 3 of my friends and it had about 4 burgers and fries with each, We get our food to find out we have only 1 bag containing the fries. Calls the driver and she said you guys only gave her one bag... DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM OUT!!! Awful place
Got it for my son. I use to eat it when it was truly fresh like Dave Thomas wanted it to be served. It's just like any of the other large chain hamburger franchises. Cold, not crunchy fresh toppings. It's very disappointing to go to any of them. I can get a sit down fresh burger and hot fries cheaper and much better at my local bar.
This is tje worst Wendy's I've ever been at! If you want cold food and a messed up order this is the place to go!! I literally had to wait for our food at the window no one infront of us or in waiting spaces. Get our food pulled around the building to eat in the vehicle, took a bite out of my chicken sandwich and spit it out! Ice cold, wrapped it up went to take it in and doors are locked, not even close to closing time. Get back in vehicle and go through drive through tell the manager the sandwhich was ice cold. He took the sandwich back came back and said this sandwich just came up 2 minutes ago it should be fine. WTH!!! Pulled up, opened up the sandwhich paper and yes another disgusting sandwich! Do yourself a favor Wendy's send in people secretly to your business's and get rid of the I don't give a darn employee's, including manager's like this!
I used to work here. All of the employees that I worked with were nice but the general manager was not. She would constantly threaten to fire me and I got tired of it so I put in my 2 weeks a few months ago. Before I worked there and after, they constantly messed up my order. One time I wanted honey mustard sauce, and they literally gave me every other sauce they had EXCEPT for honey mustard. Maybe they were out? Idk. They could’ve just said “Sorry, we’re out. Is there any other sauce you’d prefer?”

Nino was so helpful. My order was messed up and he was the only one who came and provided me with the correct order and apologized. Others just stared at me at the register.Thankfully nino works there.
2 weeks ago I went through the drive-thru and ordered fries with extra barbecue and an orange high-c. They gave me 2 packets of barbecue and an orange Fante. Last week my boyfriend door dashed us food. Ordered everything with barbecue sauce. We got no packets at all. Tonight we ordered again, trying to give it one more shot. They gave us 1/4 barbecue packets that were ordered. And a vanilla frosty instead of chocolate.Would just like to have my order correctly. It would be one thing if they are out of something.
It was closed early… with a paper sign on the drive through screen. Otherwise the food is good as long as they get your order right. Most of the time they miss something but I appreciate the work they do throughout C19. I usually go here to get the kids a treat.
This Wendy's is so quick and unlike many other fast food restaurants they hardly ever get our order wrong.
I arrived here @11:30 whoever I was talking to said he couldn't serve me because they close in 5 min. They close @12, the excuse was they were short handed. I'm sorry but I work retail and I can not use that excuse, actually several places don't use that excuse unless they are down all people. It was 2 people I heard talking. Unprofessional. Worst experience I've had at a wendys. And guess what?? I went to a different wendys and got there 5 minutes before they closed and they helped me and the car after me.
