Their chicken sandwiches are really good. Like the spinach on it instead of lettuce. Also like their homestyle baked potatoes. Chocolate frosties are great. Burgers are better meat than Mcds or burger king.
They told we were waiting on fresh fries, and none of our food was hot at all. Fries were terrible chicken was dry. Not to mention it was cold. You need to read your own ads. This was the worst experience I have had at Wendys
Did my order for myself, daughter and 3yr. old grandson, they took the order correctly especially for the grandson we said no cheese plain hambuger, the guy even repeated it twice. No one behind me car infront left as I pulled up to pay. The young man hands the drinks thru and then gives the bag to us. Start driving away to go home and daughter checks food they put cheese on his hamburger! Thats great if you can have it but he medically can't. Turned around, went back drove up to window and asked the young man if they were trying to kill my grandson or in ER? The young man said nothing and gave us a plain burger. I asked for the manager who was apparently standing right to the side of the window...nothing, not a word from him. I asked them both if it was their child or grandson etc., what would you do? Still nothing!!! Told them I was going to call corporate...not sure it would even matter to them these days. Bad enough he had to count my change a few time when the register tells you exactly how much to give back. The young man has been working there awhile...very sad.
Bruh I'm literally the only one is line and order a burger and bake potato and they mess that up like HOW!?!? I ordered a shives and sour cream potato and its missing the fork and sour cream and my burger is all squished like they grabbed it and mashed it. I would understand if they were busy but I was literally the only person in line so seriously?
Anyone else think the burgers taste like nasty meatloaf?
They don't give you onions and cheese with chili also no straw. Went through drive thru
Went through drive thru ordered food ketchup only was punched in that way and everything is on it. Ridiculous on the way down the interstate and construction around the place makes it way to difficult to go back. When the meals are $10 and they can’t take the care to get it right.
Claims dining room is open it is not there's a sign on the window claiming it closes at 7pm but it's not 7pm yet it's 6pm
Great service, the man got my order right. My only complaint was that the chicken sandwich was very disappointing. Everything on it was good and fresh, but the chicken was thin, not juicy, and thin ☹️ If they fix that, they'll get the fifth star from me.
This Wendy's was consistent to other Wendy's locations, quick, and what we ordered through drive through tasted freshly made.
