Short and simple. Review your order in the drive through as throughly as possible. If the other people wait in line let them be upset. This location cannot get an order right for the life of them. Considering they are on limited hours they still mess it up. All we wanted was some chalupas with meat and cheese. Pretty simple right. Hell I’m even saving you all money by paying for but not requesting the other ingredients and still you all cannot get out your own way. Trash service and trash spot. Shame on me for expecting just a little better.
Never open! Short staffed big reason they don't want to pay their employees a decent wage they start them at 12.00 an hour while mcdonalds pays their people from the start 15.50
After placing my order the lady on the other end responded with 'oh god' as if my order was ridiculous guess making four on a single item is way too difficult won't be coming back. They clearly don't want my money.
Never open!! Hours are always erratic and not correct on google, even though they were just updated by the business! Have given them multiple chances and definitely will not make that mistake again. Drive thru people are usually rude, food always missing from order, and this past time I ordered off a delivery site, Taco Bell confirmed order was received and SURPRISE SURPRISE they’re CLOSED!!!!! Do better!
I thought I was being smart by calling ahead to see if they were open. I was told they would be open at 9:00 am…….well that was a flat out lie. I got there at 9:15 to a dark restaurant with cones blocking the drive thru. I more irritated that I contacted their corporate office last week and asked for a follow-up but no one contacted me. I guess Taco Bell corporate has the same lack of standards.
It was okay, not the best taco bell experience and not the worst. Seemed like they were short handed.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 7:00 p.m. on 10/28/2021. There were about 6 cars ahead of me, and I waited in line for about 15 minutes, not knowing why it was taking so long. I've worked in the retail industry. When I pulled up to the window, I noticed the girl who rang me out was closing by herself; her name was Sarah as she was ringing me out. Despite the fact that there were about ten cars behind me, she managed to get my order correct and assist all customers. It is unacceptable to have one person close alone. Whoever is the manager at this location, you must schedule someone to close with her. She did an excellent job and was extremely pleasant, despite the fact that I was aware of the stress she was under due to the long line and the fact that it was nearly closing time. Hopefully they schedule an extra co-worker to help you out Sarah have a great night take care.
Food was cold . So I went back. Was super nice about it. Normally I'm not because it's an inconvenience. Tried to get the food remade and then just add something that I would pay for. Got screamed at. Literally cut off in mid sentence. Told I kept changing my "story". Was verbally screamed at by Nichole. This was at 6:00 on Sunday if a general or regional manager would like to check the drive through tapes for proof. Never ever will come back. I should have been apologized too not berated when I was even willing to pay for something extra.
