This location has never been really good (Willy lettuce or wrong ingredients on pickup orders, etc.), but it at least was better than the one further south on Weber that shut down - mainly because it didn’t close at 6 p.m. or whatever. But now this franchise owner has stopped accepting app discounts, like 15% off a sandwich. I know the owner balked at the $5 foot long promotion the brand ran several months ago, but at least they used to take the mobile discounts. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to get Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mike’s going forward. Another example of Romeoville having the the worst (fill in the blanks with a chain restaurant).
I see the bad reviews here but that is totally not the experience i had here. I got the right amount of tuna on my sandwich, they gave me the eztra spinach i asked for with no hassle, as a matter of fact the staff was particularly pleasant which is really nice because i havent had the best day today but i took my lunch here and was treated very well by the staff and my order was perfect. Job well done gentelmen and thank you ??

With their new sliders, they brought me back in, I was always debated between sandwich shops, but their simply addicting sliders have pushed them far in first on my list, though all their sandwiches and quite tasty, 10/10 recommend to anyone who hasn't been
Definitely not the best branch of Subway. Staff can be very unhelpful. Sandwiches never made well here. Find another branch to go to

If you’re a Kevin or a Karen looking for a place that’ll serve you even when you choose not to have a mask on, this is your spot! As for me when I saw a customer without a mask leaning over the glass and that was it for me! Thanks but no thanks.
