The quality of most of the food items I ordered was poor. My honey bbq popcorn chicken had barely any sauce on them (the picture on the menu shows them completely covered). I give them 3 stars however because the slush was very good and so were the jalapeño poppers.
Tried to get a quick snack about 15 minutes before they close which is not something I would normally ever do except when it’s one of the only things open. Me and the person I was with waited in the drive through for roughly 2 minutes before someone came on the drive through coms and said “one minute” sure didn’t think anything of it. Then 10 minutes have gone by and they are about to close. Absolutely ridiculous I wish they would have just told us “we’re not gonna take your order right now” instead of wasting our time.
If I could rate a 0 I would. We ordered and waited for like 20 minutes in the drive up then we got to the window and didn't have the order on the computer. We had to repeat it, because it wasn't ready, so we left. Need more staff that are organized and ready to work a drive up.
Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a sonic. The drive through speaker was not working so we had to order at the window. We ordered 3 items, a lemon berry slush, a cookie dough blast, and a cup of vanilla ice cream. It took 20 mins just to get our desserts and they weren't correct. I got a cherry slush NOT what I ordered. Update: cookie dough blast was also incorrect, we were given an unmixed Oreo blast.C'mon.
I started coming to Sonic when you opened in romeoville. I loved it. Employees were polite food was great. Now it's either burnt or the toast on the sandwiches is so hard like you put it in the microwave can't even pull it apart. It just it don't taste the same and you can even smell that it's burnt. I'll give you another try in a little while I hope you fix it cuz I really like Sonic
The Sonic cheeseburger was fresh and delicious, along with the fries. I do not like chocolate ice cream at all, but that chocolate milkshake my daughter ordered was the best chocolate shake I ever tasted. She always gets a chocolate shake from many different places, and Sonic is the only one I like so far. Sonic will be my go-to for a chocolate shake and more. Keep up the good work Sonic!
First time at this sonics drive in and the service was real good and food was all made correctly we spent about 30 bucks for 2 meals, sides,shake : Ft long chicago style, cheese steak was delicious, cheddar peppers were super hot, fresh beware that they don't explode when when you bite into them the cheese may burn you. medium master shake oreo vanilla, tots, pretzel twist, blue berry slushy and peach slushy. Be sure to tip your car server!
Food and service were very good
Went tonight and got a number 1 food was great. Cameron was so polite at the window. The food was fresh and they got my order out to me in a fast manner. So glad we finally have a sonic in town. will be comin again. Especially for my fresh chili cheese tots. So awesome.
Ordered online and everything was hot and ready when we arrived. Food was great. The banana shake is now my favorite and I will be back tomorrow to get another one lol. Everyone working was super nice and prompt. The manager was involved and working not hiding in the back like most places. Great job guys!
