We ordered a sausage ‘n cheese large pizza and received a sausage pizza. We called back to complain, first the guy stated we looked at the pizza - lie, then I asked for a refund - put me on hold then came back on the phone line and said only a DM could give a refund. Then he said - the girl stated it was a cheese pizza - 3rd lie. Customer service is horrible and means nothing anymore

There were so many herbs sprinkled on my The Edge Pizza that it was inedible. I was told my delivery would be here around 5:02 p.m., instead it was delivered by doordash and not until after 5:30, the food was no longer hot!
I wish there was a way to go negative with this. The hotline took my order And the store never delivered.... Contacting corporate in the morning
I never received my order it said I would receive 845 I waited called at 915 they were closed so not very happy
Two of my last three pizzas were not as I ordered them. This last one my pizza was a thin crust rather than the hand tossed that I ordered.
Use your own delivery service not door dash my food was cold when I finally got it.
