Terrible experience! Asked for a sample of the Sweet Fire Chicken to be sure it was fresh and not mushy. I was told they no longer give samples. It was mushy, there were chunks of fat/cartilage; it was disgusting. I didn't even finish. My son was very excited that they just put out fresh chow mein noodles, until he ate a bite. He said they tasted very weird. Like someone cleaned the wok with soap & water and forgot to rinse it. Will not be returning.
Well friday night place closes at 9pm walked in at 8.15pm and barely any food to sell whats the point of closing at 9pmI parked in front until 9pm and almost 20 people walked in after me. I know employees want to close fast and go home but come on I dont think is ok for the customer or even so as a businessSo if you guys want food and it says closes at whatever time remember that one hour prior there will be no food left. And there was enough employees working rare during this times. Thank you anyways.
Before this place was good now food right now isn't hot and fresh it was Luke warm and this place is dirty now and the fountain drinks no ice some of the soda is just water coming out we told the workers thy need to be changed and she said k and nvr did it and it's 6pm busy hour there not doin there part taking care of there customers and the girls just standing around in the corner on there phones and laughing.
Just order a family meal and when get home and open it. The walnut shrimp is almost half full. They charged almost $4 dollars more for it. And is the box with less. All boxes are some how not full. What the heck is wrong with people serving the food. When you pay for your food, you expect it to be be what younpaid for.

I ordered a while back and found this melted vinyl glove. I just wanted to show people this now because it’s hazardous. I thought I would order again today but the DoorDash brought my food but no drink she said they never gave her a drink so I tried calling 6 times and no answer. I don’t plan on ordering at this Panda Express ever again. Improve your staff that actually cares.
Do not bother wasting your time at this panda express. I went in at 7:30pm (1hr & 30 min before they close) and they told me whatever is out currently is all that is left for the night which consisted of one entree being available and two sides out of the multiple that they usually have. Look I understand not making anything 30 min before close or even an hour before but almost 2 hours before close? That is a bit strange and lazy. Not to mention you can never figure out if this panda express is open or not. They either end up randomly closing early or randomly opening late. I usually do not complain but this panda express just always finds a way to get you to have a terrible experience. ANY other panda express would satisfy you more.
I have been to this panda many times..food is good..but I have had to wait to long for some food to be cooked..they never have the food ready always running out

This place is usually pretty good, but this is the second time went after work waited for fresh almond chicken & black pepper chicken. Got home this is what I got where's the chicken looks like they scraped the bottom of the bowl.
