Ordered 1 drink Curbside pick up and had to go inside to get. Waited 10 minutes and it wasn't even made. Last visit I'm charged for 2 pies and only given 1. Not sure if Management changed or what but someone help these people. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the person working the window was very nice and apologetic.
Got breakfast here about 7 a.m. and I'm sure the sausage egg McMuffin I had ordered was not fully cooked, it looked very pale. I ate it anyway as I was hungry and by around 9 a.m. I had become terribly sick. I suggest the employees cook the food fully instead of rushing people's orders as this could have been avoided. I live out of state and am glad I will not be coming here anytime soon.
Asked for a steak bagel WITH bacon, and I got a number 7 breakfast meal instead?! Who's managing this restaurant because NO ONE knew how to communicate for a SIMPLE meal!!! :/
They gave me some old fries and a strawberry banana smoothie in the middle of the container, and I complained to them and they told me that I had to go back to the drive thru, because I forgot to buy an ice cream. Terrible service and I lost my $7
Very nice people at this location. Have been here several times. My most recent experience was not the best. I had to wait for coffee, which is fine. I was told it would be a three minute wait but I ended up being 11 minutes. Big difference when you're trying to get somewhere on time. The manager was totally nice and apologetic about the wait. I would have preferred a better initial estimate of the wait rather than an apology. I would have chosen a different drink had I known. Don't want to seem negative on this place because it has always been great every other time I've been there.
We did not receive items nor were contacted about not having items. Jim whom answered the phone, snapped at me saying he tried contacting me and hung up without my questions being answered nor the problem being solved. This is terrible customer service that Ive received from him numerous occasions in person also. I called back a second time just to be hung up on again and then called back a third time just so I could even get his name. I will never shop here nor anywhere near here again. Im incredibly disappointed and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the service I received.
Staff was very friendly. Been some time since I've seen true customer service at a McDonald's since Covid. Sorry to see the play land was closed.
Double check your order always. They’re notorious for forgetting items. Not to mention the dryest Big Macs you’ll ever have because they’re very stingy when it comes to condiments. ?
Super slow and it's worse if using the app and trying to do curbside
I arrived at about 2am 11/9 and was worried that I wouldn’t be satisfied with my food since I was arriving so late. However, my food was flawless. It was prepared very neat, fresh, and hot to my liking. Keep up the awesome work overnight crew!
