This use to be a solid place. Now it's a roll of the dice on what there hours are. 5:15am and was told they were closed at drive thru. Posted everywhere says they open at 4:30. Countless times i will go around 10pm when they close at 11pm and they are already closed. Throw on top of it the staff never really seem to know what they are doing, which seems like management issue. Maybe this location will be a good spot in the future again, but for now I will be avoiding it personally.
This McDonald's is a joke I ordered a 2 spicy mchickens for $3 then another burger fry $3 combo. Have never had such incompetence delivered to me at the window. It's like they didn't understand English or they purposely didn't care cause it was busy at that time. And then when he brings my sandwich out to me after waiting 5 mins they tell me then there is no lettuce. I will definitely not be going back to this McDonald's. Pathetic service. Pathetic manager that couldn't even start to comprehend what the problem was because he probably dosent know his own menu deals.
Employee handed a single drink tray with 4 drinks to my wife. It broke almost as soon as she took it, spilling Dr pepper all over her, our car, and her phone she got less than a week ago. The "manager" offered no solution except 'come back tomorrow' even for just 2 drinks they double up on the trays.Avoid this place. My wife's phone is damaged and our car is sticky. Nobody even offered napkins.I plan on following up with the franchise owner and corporate but people need to know how their employees treat customers.
My store to shop they are a little pricey but I love the butcher shop and fresh fruit ??
This McDonald's is absolutely terrible. I came through the drive-thru around 4:10p.m. on March, 21. I asked for the Ceasar, Chicken, bacon salad that's CLEARLY on the menu. When I asked the cashier for the salad the cashier told me several times that the ceasar salad doesn't come with chicken & bacon. The cashier stated that the southwest salad is the only one that comes with chicken & bacon. I actually left the drive-thru & called this McDonald's, and asked a person over the phone the same thing. "DID THEY CARRY THE CEASAR, CHICKEN, BACON SALAD" the person over the phone told me the same thing that I was thinking of the southwest salad. I went back through the drive-thru & ordered the southwest salad, and of course it end up being the wrong salad. Why is it that I know the menu better than the people who work there????
Sorry but this McDonald's on Cass street serves cold food i always have to go back to exchange for hot good. Now when i order i always say WELL DONE and sometimes it works. Who wants cold stale French fries?? NOT ME
I come to this McDonald's for lunch frequently and use the Curbside pickup. The food is always delicious and the staff is super nice!! Thank you for the excellent service!
Never consistent and constantly messes up orders and I live 2 min away smh. Quality over quantity ?
This place is horrible. Need to get better employees. From drive thru operator, cashier and manager. Garbage costumer service. It's a shame since the location is right across a very popular place. For a order that was 2 mc chickens, 2 double cheeseburger and fries I waited so long and when asked where was my order the cashier said that's not my problem ???.
Went through the drive thru this evening. This is the second time my whole meal was given to me cold. Literally cold. Horrible service and horrible food. Don’t waste your money at this location.
